If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is very dirty and disgusting. The food on the bar was old and had been sitting for a while. Silverware and plates were dirty. The icecream was self serve but you dipped it yourself from the cooler. All the icecream was mixed together. There was one icecream scooper for 4 different flavors. Also a container of dirty water to dip the scooper in. Everyone including children had their hands in it. Food was not fresh, service was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all. A call to the local health department will be made.

We got there at 5:00 PM for dinner. The first plate my wife and I grabbed had all cold food. After going for a second plate (trying different food) and having half of that cold as well I spoke to the waitress at the front and informed her that nearly all of the buffet was cold. After about 5-10 minutes more food was brought out, however they did not take the old dish and cold food from the buffet, but rather just put the hot food on top of the cold. I noticed also that some of the plates for the buffet appeared to be dirty. Needless to say my family will not be returning.

Good food and great price for the buffet and carry out buffet, but they usually have very little in the food trays on the buffet. We usually have to wait a long time for them to cook more. They need to keep the buffet open longer than 8:00. They need sushi on the buffet. The place needs to be warmer and seats need repair. Bathroom needs to be cleaner and have warmer temperature and employees need to be friendlier.

Their culture is far different from ours apparently they think it's okay to keep their food there on their Buffet all day long and not replenish it so it sits out all day collecting the environment it's not worth it atmosphere is wrong and bad people are not nice drinks are watered down and don't taste right it's better to have carry out if anything

We just recently moved here from Middletown. And I have been to a lot of Chinese places and I wouldn't come back here. I know people make things differently every where you go but it was gross

Absolutely disgusting. Food preparation is not up to a Western standard. The meat used in my Beef and Broccoli was nearly rancid and overly salted to disguise the flavor. This place should be shut down permanently, in my opinion.

Hunan House is the best Asian cuisine around. Everything is always, fresh and hot. Sometimes the service can be a little slow, but they are always friendly. The Hot Sour soup is the best I have found in this area. Prices are very good for the value, it will not break your wallet. If you are within 15 - 20 miles of it, then go check them out.

I have been coming here for the better part of 18 years. It's had it's ups and downs over that time. But the buffet price and food quality are 2nd to none. While it is a smaller buffet the staff is always friendly and prompt and the food. Well no matter how many cities I've traveled to and lived in I've never found another like Hunan house. The rest just don't measure up unless you spend 5x the price. Love this place and will go here for as long as they keep pumping out this amazing chinese!

Was my first trip here and I must say the food was of a higher quality than the price! At the time of our visit the "All day Buffett" was $6.75. I would have paid $15 dollars a plate and thought I was getting a bargain. I look forward to going back!

So gross. Dirty bathrooms with a terrible smell, no one got us drinks until 15 minutes after sitting down. All the food was scraps and most trays were almost empty. A lot was hard and cold from sitting all day, barely any options, ate something rock hard in the rice, dirty counters, our water WAS ON HER IPHONE talking on speaker when taking our food. Food tasted like frozen Chinese from the grocery. I'm not picky but no wonder why it was $6.75. Ew.
