Another one from the archives to celebrate our 10th anniversary next Monday! It was all hands on deck when we opened. Huckleberry Bakery & Cafe's General Manager/superhuman Joel Dixon was always happy to help bake a cake or stir a pot. He's now the RC Family Director of Operations & still looks great in an apron! 💙

Good things always come in three's, like this culinary dream team! They may not secretly fight crime (or, do they?), but they sure know how to make a mean Fried Egg Sandwich, handle the weekend onslaught of Breakfast Burritos and keep our kitchen rocking.
