Terrible bar service and the drinks were bad. Music wasn't terrible but wasn't great either.

I've never seen a bar with such great energy in both the crowd and from the performers like this place has. The live music is spot on. Really fun place to go.

They seriously need to reevaluate their security. I have nearly a decade of bar/club experience under my belt in everything from bartending, to security so I'm not just blowing smoke. Though I understand that the guy up front had no say in the fact that they made me return to my car to put on a sweatshirt because they have an extremely strict "No Tanktop" policy. I was wearing a sleeveless T-shirtIn July in the San Fernando Valley. Apparently they didn't want me trashing up the place. Then after I had had literally ONE BEER I stepped out to the patio for a cigarette and security made a whole thing when I leaned on the rail. Like somehow that would be considered drunken disorderly. This place is as idiotic as it is pretentious. If you want to spend 8 dollars for a beer or 15 for a cocktail you could save your time dignity and go someplace else in Hollywood that at least won't harass you and knows what they are doing.

Came to see the individual artists playing on Wednesday. Great music. Interesting bucket drinks. Staff is very welcoming. No food or appetizers. We brought in some pizza. Love the vibe here.

The bartenders, the hostess, and waitress were all lovely individuals. When my friend's and I came here last night the entertainment was amazing, but what was unacceptable was the aggressive security member and belittling manager. We were sitting at a table in which a waitress asked us to move for safety reasons and to make her job easier so she can weave through the crowed room. Totally understandable and we did that without complaint. What was baffling was after a few minutes was having one of the members from security walk up to the table and start aggressively demanding, without preamble, that the tables be moved again and state "it was not the waitress' job to tell you to move the tables". Obviously, there are some tensions and no comnunication that is going on between staff members that are being expressed on the floor and being projected onto customers. Unfortunately, one of the members of our group did get extremely drunk and as I am guiding her to the door to get her card and just take her out of the place I have the same aggressive staff member start yelling at us we need to leave. I stated calmly that we are and I understand her condition requires us to go, but I still need to grab her card from the bartender. The staff member would not let us grab it. He turned it into a scene in which he refused us the opportunity to close out a tab. When I finally managed to get the staff member out of my face and have my friend situated outside I asked to see the manager. I explained the situation in which I agreed with the decision that my friend needed to leave the bar, but I had issues with the fact we were denied the opportunity to close out her tab and that while I was being complacent and doing exactly what the staff member asked he still choose to tell in my face about my friend and how we couldn't get her credit card. The manager's response was to attempt to not deal with me directly and make remarks that were meant to make my friend agitated, and to make blatant excuses for the staff member that blamed me for following directions. Unacceptable.

Great place to come to on weekends specially on Sundays to have drinks and sing your night off with friends its not a karaoke bar don't get confused with "sing your night off" lol. Its a piano bar they play up to almost any song you can think of on the piano. This place is live and the staff there awesome. Definitely a unique experience.
