Originally ordered through another company and on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered they refunded our money and said there wouldn't be any delivered. Called House of Ivy at noon and they were able to get a beautiful arrangement delivered before the end of the day. Truly appreciate it so much! Thank you!
Cutomers beware.
When a phone customer states a maximum they'd like to spend then that is their maximum. That does not mean throw tax and a 10 dollar deliver fee on top of their bill. I don't mind the tax so much but the delivery fee should be told up front. Those should've been figured in or at least tell the customer there is a 10.00 delivery fee. My maximum I requested to spend was 15.00 lower than what was charged to my bank account. It isn't a lot of money but if they do this to several customers it would add up.
We were married Valentine's day and House of Ivy created the bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere. We were so happy how both turned out. The photographer couldn't stop raving over them! Thank you House of Ivy!
I recently needed to order something for our daughter in law in memory of her sister, the florist suggested a lantern and described it to me in detail, it sounded so lovely and I agreed to send it. I am so glad I did, she loved it and sent me a picture, it looks so beautiful. This florist is #1 in my book!
Friendly and attentive staff. There was a computer issue and they worked with us to ensure our grandma still got her flowers and chocolates for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful and they upgraded her chocolates due to the delay. We would definitely use them again!
