A place to sleep and shower. However I was very disappointed that, when I booked this room, I was promised a pickup at the airport. When we landed and called, I was informed there was no driver, but I was assured that a driver was available all night. It was only 7pm. I am in an unfamiliar area and having to find a ride to this hotel and tired after flying all day. I had to pay for my own taxi, and then complained to hotel and they credited my cars back for the taxi fair. I am glad they gave me my money back, however I was disappointed that I was assured of a ride and then it was in available.

Clean, friendly and over priced. The Continental breakfast was very sparse and the coffee was not good.

I stayed here just for one evening and I left my wedding ring on the table. As soon as I realized I had forgotten it I gave them a call. They notified me that they found it and would mail it to me. When it failed to arrive the manager told me that she personally mailed it but did not get a tracking number because she did not want to go through the trouble. She also stated, "there is nothing else she will do for me." The hotel was disgusting and on top of that the manger stole my wedding ring. This is the only hotel that has ever treated me this way and it was by far the most disgusting.

Convenient to the local airport, but I'd look elsewhere if possible. Based on the observed clientele, I'm not sure the area (and the facility itself) are all that safe for children. Reception at the front desk was less than welcoming; I was not able to get a working key card to my room door after three return trips to the front desk. Finally I was told that I could either put up with this limitation, or leave...and I'm quite sure I didn't say anything to provoke anybody. Supposedly, someone would be available to let me back into my room if I needed to step out (which I did), but I ended up having to wait for over an hour in a totally UNATTENDED front lobby before someone finally appeared to open my door. In that lobby, I watched a pretty long line of newly-arriving guests form, some of them having to wait as long as I did for service of any kind. Overall, the place left me with a sense of deferred maintenance, unhappy employees and mismanagement.

We, three ladies of age 67, 70 and above 80 booked this hotel because it has rooms with 3 beds. When we arrived we found this hotel does not have elevator. I asked girl on the front desk if she can give us a room on the first floor because it is very hard for us to take luggage upstairs. She told there is no room on first floor and she does not have anybody to help us because here is short staff today. She was very rude and she told if we can take our luggage on the upper floor we can go to another hotel. She give us number in the upper building on the second floor but explained if we do not want to use stairs we can go up to the hill and enter second floor from the back door/ We did so. When we tired from walking up to the hill come to our room we found out it is occupied by women and children. The women explained us she is going to stay two more nights. She called on the front desk and was told we have to go back to get another room. I took the phone and explained I'm not going to walk back and force. After this? the lady from front desk come to us and brought another key from the room across hallway. Unfortunately this room was occupied also. Finally she found a room for us on the FIRST FLOOR (you remember it was no available room on the first floor). the lady from the room helped us to take our luggage downstairs. The that we got was for at least three people however it was one cup? one glass and one vine glass. The sheets on the sofa were dirty with some hairs. I called on the front desk asking to give us additional items and change sheets. Answer was 'No. Stay as is or move to another hotel.' I asked about manager and received an answer she is the manager. I traveled around the World and this is my first experience of so rude service. it was too late for us to move somewhere else and we stayed in this hotel for two nights but it was no pleasurable. Everything in the room was so messed up: some wires hung from the hole in the wall, phone did not work, no extra towels, dust, to touch something was disgusting. I do not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel. It is horrible.

Terrible service, worst breakfast I have ever seen. The room is nice but nice rooms are a dime a dozen.

Very run down hotel. First night the heater didn't work so they gave us an old broken stand up heater that only had 3 legs. Hideaway was extremely filthy. Staff were pleasant.

I love the size of the rooms here. No waffle for breakfast but they serve a pretty good selection of random breakfast items. My check-in was quick and smooth. Danielle was very polite and friendly while accommodating all of my needs.

We stayed here just for a night before going on a cruise the following day. We got into the airport on a Friday night around 11:30pm and it was packed. It turns out there was only one person who works nights so he was responsible for both airport shuttle and working the desk. The guy was honestly very nice, even with the fact that there were a lot of angry guests waiting impatiently for their shuttle and I felt quite bad for him. It took us about 45 minutes or so to get to the hotel and get checked in. It was crazy that he was working alone on such a busy night. The room itself was quite large and had a small kitchen in it and a large bed. It was a bit dirty though and I wouldn't recommend touching the carpet as there were just one too many mysterious stains for my taste. My boyfriend did enjoy the scent of the hand soap. If you have patience, need something cheap and only for a night, sure why not?

My 4 day stay was comfortable, affordable, convenient, clean
And perfect for 4 night stay before going to Alaska. The owners and staff were gracious and accommodating making every effort to please. The drivers on time and mote than pleasant. The best bang for my buck. Close enough to public transportation to view all of Seattle via foot, monorail, bus and train.
I expected less, got more like an adequate continental breakfast daily meeting others from all over the world.
