  Went in just to look around and everyone was super nice and polite. I absolutely love western stores and wish there was one closer to me.

  The employees are helpful, but the selection is not as good as it used to be. Mostly poor quality, miss sized overseas boots. I've been visiting the store for years, but will not go out of my way to buy anything again. The shoes my size were ugly, and did not fit well. I wear a 12 wide.

  We were in just to try on cowboy and hiking boots. Our assistant was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite! Wish we got his name. Great guy with a medium length beard and a nice smile. We will definitely be back!

  Audra is very knowledgeable and personable she was very sweet and helped me with a new helmet and other things. I learned a lot and she has great people skills and enriched my equine learning experience. She really enjoys what she does and makes everyone feel welcome and has a lot of patience for those of us with questions I had to try on a lot of helmets to get one that fit me just right and she helped me choose that for safety comfort, and for cute good looks haha

  Great store. Every time I go here, the staff is friendly and eager to help. Most recently, Joy helped me pick out a pair of boots. Since I was not sure what I wanted when I got there, she took the time to help me pick something that fit well, and fit the budget. She is very knowledgeable about how a boot should fit. Awesome experience!

  Everyone was helpful and friendly. Keith was the most knowledgeable man in regards to boots and Jim was the go-to guy for hats.... both were a pleasure to speak to, they immediately felt like old friends. I would highly recommend this store and I'll definitely be back

  How does a boot store not have the size you need? I get a pair of boots for Christmas and they didn't fit. I go to get a refund and guess what they don't do those. So I talk to the all but useless store manager I'm sure he's been called that a few times. So the store manager says we will order you some a boot that will fit. The employee that was helping was very nice. He told the store manager they don't make those in his size after the employee told the manager 5 times they don't make those in his size the manager says we don't do refunds pick out some clothes or something else. Well I don't want anything else. I want my money back. So I asked for the owners name and his telephone number he says we can't do that and walks away. So now I have a useless return receipt for 100.70 .

  Terrible customer service! My husband purchased a pair of rain boots for a Christmas gift, they were too small. I tried to exchange them for another size, they did not have the same boot in the size I needed. I found the right size with the same brand, color and style. The pattern was the only difference. Horsetown would not honor the price my husband paid! I had to pay the difference or get a store credit. They did not offer to check the other store or find a better solution. Very disappointed.
  The sales people are pushy and follow customers around making them feel like they are under surveillance.
  I wish I had checked Amazon first because they have the same products for much lower prices, lesson learned!

  Nani I and manager have absolutely zero regard for their customer base and the hard earned dollars that get spent there by every day people . I bought a pair of Justin boots and called them as they were falling apart a month after I purchased them . Nani completely dismissed me over the phone with some flimsy policy I would have to send them off for six weeks for evaluation. When I expressed my displeasure with this over the phone she got even worse . When I asked to talk to the manager I had to wait and when he got on the phone he refused to believe she acted in such a way and said she has been there for 16 years and that he didn't believe me . Don't buy your boots here . Their selection may be great but you are paying a premium for a place that DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT LINE UP AND ENSURE THEY HAVE A JOB . Never in my life have I been talked to in such a way . This is more of a behavior you would expect from someone who hates their job at McDonald's vs a high end boot outlet !

  The store is a great place. But the worker's are way to pushy an want let you look. I felt like they did not want me there. I hate being rushed an like to look around. If they would back off a little it would be a five star. Being I was asked about 10 times... then when we look on there website it said they were open an we drove 1 hour to get there. The day after Christmas to return a boot for bigger size. Wish they would understand people don't live local to be able to check the door. We go off the website. Thanks
