  The Sales Associates were so friendly and helpful! One of the employees called 4 different stores to find a sweater I was looking for and had them ship it to my location. It came within 3 days! Great customer service.

  I hate to see bad reviews for a shop I'm obsessed with! I've only ever shopped online for pieces from Hope Ave. But i've loved everything I have received . The only constructive criticism I can offer is thatI would like to see is less "babydoll/peplum" silhouettes and more fitted pieces. overall though i cant stop shopping here!

  Very angered. 3 girls working and one walked right next to us and didn't even bother to greet or ask if we needed assistance. Very poor customer service.
