  Food was ok but staff was lacking on efficiency to providing drinks. When I was done eating she asked was i ready for my ch ed co and I said yes and she didn't come back until after 5 minutes later and there was only a handful of people there. When I gave them cash for my check they took forever to bring back my change. All the girls there wanted to stand in the window of the waiting area instead of coming to serve and make sure we had everything we needed.
  
  I might try another Hooters. But will not go back there. Especially for it to have been my first time ever going to a Hooters I was not impressed.

  My husband loves the wings, and I love the fried pickles. Service during the late lunch hours was especially slow on this visit, but the food was good. The girls weren't much to look at, not at that hour, or maybe I didn't drink enough😂

  Sub par food that's expected to be ignored because of the attractive hooter sporting staff. I would be much more likely to return more often than every few years if they actually served good food. BTW the hooters themselves are well displayed.

  The food was great no issue with food issue was with my waitress a different waitress brought my wife her food. I waited 10mins as I watch my food sit in the window for my waitress to bring it to me. My wife ordered a second drink another 10mins now its time to pay the bill she brought the check another 10 mins go by guess she didn't want my money went to the front to pay and the hostess wouldn't take my money said that's the waitress job I'm just trying to leave. Felt hostage on the bill. I've been to Hooters before never that horrible experience I will not repeat for business. Anyone reading looking for a place to bring the wife and have drink not the place.

  I’m not a big fan of the atmosphere but I have a friend who likes to stop here to eat and I’m a say they have some of the best food around and great shrimp. The happy hour specials are great deals. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

  If there could be a zero I would hit it 15 times. The service sucked, food was not great at all. The server seemed to have no desire to even wait on our table wanted to sit and chat with all the other servers and also seems the locals have better service Tha. The people that come from out of town to support a business, what a joke this place was..........

  Hey its Hooters... They finally remodeled this site. It looks a lot better. Mens bathrooms are still not a clean as it could be. Our waitress was fair,not much into customer service as per their programs dictates. But it is nicer since the remodel.

  Great food served fast, but the 'ol Conference Room "H" has gotten very expensive in it's old age. Dessert tray? No way. Always love their orange polyester!

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. We were there for ten minutes at 445 on a Monday and recieved absolutely NO customer service. It took a while just to get seated, and then sat there for almost ten minutes with multiple servers walking by and ignoring us. Me and my fiance got up and walked out. Just because I am a woman doesnt mean I should get crappy customer service at a male oriented establishment.

  Sadly, I did not get the opportunity to try any of their food as I was so disgusted by their restroom and couldn't bring myself to take a chance on what people tell me are amazing wings. I went to the restroom before being seated and one toilet was not flushed, the other COVERED in feces. It was late afternoon so you'd think an employee would have seen this and immeditaely sanitized the area and clean it up before more customers came rolling in; and it's not like it was a busy day, in fact is was VERY slow and employees were just hanging around chatting with each other. Needless to say, I was completly grossed out and thought to myself, if the bathroom is that nasty, how nasty is the kitchen. I won't be coming back here ever again.

  Only go wed and Mondays for all you can eat. It's standard fair. Sometimes the boneless chicken tastes rubbery

  It has been a while since I last visited but it seems that the wings are smaller than previously served and I received my appetizer with the main course. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly.

  I had a pleasant lunch experience with this Hooters restaurant. The wait staff was friendly, the service was speedy, and the food was good. The beer was not as cold as I would like for it to have been, and the we did not get the proper utensils to eat the crab legs with. Overall, I had a pleasant visit.

  Possibly the worst place to go and eat in Raleigh. Service is a joke! The wait for the food is ridiculously long and not even that good.

  Food was okay but service wasn't great. The premises are dirty and not maintained very well. There was no water in the men's restroom and the restaurant is crowded.

  My experience was more pleasant than last year. The late night Hooter crew on Saturday, March 12, 2016 really engaged with the customers and made great acquaintances. Top notch customer care. Hats off to the owner. I'm the own of L.E. Taxes and Services and have full cognizance and expertise to distinguish great assets. This Hooters have what it takes to have a great bottom line when interviewing and getting the best talents to increase net income and reduce loss.
