This place is run with no care to the customer at all. I've been getting apparel made for my business there for years because of the convenience of the location but it is no longer worth is due to everything I have ordered has been in one way or another wrong or different from what was ordered. Examples include grey hooded sweatshirts that they put grey writing on that you can't even see. Ordering the wrong hats and complaining that I would not take them. Embroidering 20 hats too low without sending me a proof to check off on. The list goes on and on. I will be taking my business somewhere else and I recommend you do the same.

Terrible service. A simple order of putting a name on a blanket turned into one unhappy customer. After picking up the blanket I realized that I they put the name on the backside of the blanket. She offered to refund and then offered to redo. I had to come back twice because it wasn't done when I went back the first time. After then picking up, realized that she put the name upside down at the top of the blanket. I asked why she would do that and her response was "you said to put it anywhere". I guess I assumed since this is what she did that she would know how to do something this simple. After all that she would not refund my money for the inconvenience but said because she redid it. It was awful and I would highly recommend you find someone else to do your embroidery work.

My company used to use them for our Corporate Embroidery shirts but they continually messed orders up. Never called when product arrived when they stated they'd call. Got sizes wrong. Got orders wrong when we ordered for males, we got females.
More recently with an apparent 'new owners' when inquiring about speaking with a "Manager/Owner" never got a return phone call. Their employee "Cindy" was obnoxious, rude and flippant.
Prices are average.
We have had to look elsewhere for Embroidery business.

I have used Hometown Threads on at least five occasions for small embroidery jobs tshirts, beach towels, pillow cases, hats. They do amazing work, the price is excellent and best of all they are fun to work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and no job is too small. Other embroidery shops I've tried in the past have acted annoyed with my small orders, sometimes 5 or less items. Not Hometown Threads, they accept all orders and do fantastic work. Highly recommend them. I will continue to do business with them for all my embroidery and silk screeing projects!
