I have spent two weeks trying to contact them to get a bid for my roof. It took the very lovely secretary 3 times to get anyone to even come and look at my roof. And I still haven’t got a bid. No communication, no phone call after they FINALLY looked at, no email, no text, nothing. I’m pretty disappointed, I went with them because of their reviews. Would be great if they could work on their communication, really feel like I got the run around . What benefit is it to waste my time? I could and should have contacted other roofers.
UPDATE: they got back to me on a Saturday (which I am sure they don’t work weekends, I hope they don’t) Rick was very nice and apologetic about the time it took to get a bid out.
I completely understand how things can get messy and busy, I would have really liked to have had realistic time lines.
Overall, I think they did the best they could at the time.
Update: They got back to me and got my roof fixed very quickly, I am very grateful for them and would absolutely recommend. I do not think that they knew I had slipped through the cracks, would like to give them credit where credit is due. Once I left this review they immediately reached out to me and made things right. I would recommend this company for a roof replacement! I spoke with Chris who handled my roofing needs, they were very responsive and quick to come out for measurements and estimate, great Quality, and very kind. Thank you guys for your help in putting a new roof on my house!

We needed a whole new roof and called several places in Cache Valley for bids. Homer Roofing was one of the very few who called us back. They were very responsive to our questions and came in with the lowest bid. We are so so happy with the price and quality of their work. Our roof is pretty good size and they came and got it done in 1 day! I was totally amazed. I would HIGHLY recommend Homer Roofing! Everything about our experience with them was good!

These guys are very busy right now so it took a minute to get them out on my project. I was patient and when they did come out, they did an excellent job, very easy to work with and to my surprise, I only needed to show them once what i needed and they did the work perfectly, better than I had expected. They gave been a substantial discount for their delay too. great company right here. I will use them again.

Quality workmanship by professional workers. They did a great job of cleaning up after they tore off and re roofed my home. Showed up on time, and were done very quickly. Jose and the crew replaced some plywood sheeting they found was a little water damaged, and really took great pride in the workmanship. Very impressed. Thank you Devin, Chris, and Jose! Homer Roofing What a great company. From the first meeting with Devin until the last nail was removed from the ground he was awesome. I had an open time frame for the work to be done and there was no problem with timing. My roof is steep and I wanted all the workers to be safe and take their time to do it right and safe. Jose and his crew worked as a team should together, safely, and with great quality of workmanship. The roof was inspected for other damage as well such as water and ice. During the bid review, they noticed a building code update and were able to do it as well on the roof. Once the job was completed, their clean up was immaculate. Devin returned and upon final inspection only found 1-2 nails and one piece of flash material. The yard was cleaned and the walks blown clean with a water wash as well. The scheduling of the correct materials for the roof replacement was about as tight as I have seen by any contractor. Everything arrived on time and the left over material was miniscule. Right on the money. I would strongly recommend them for your home.

Homer Roofing put a new roof on our home a couple of weeks ago and it turned out really great. I was amazed at how fast it went -- one half day to tear off, and one half day to put on the new shingles. The crew were quick and communicated well. Keith Homer was really good to work with us in the quote process and picking colors. We had one special request that we needed done that they accommodated. We had a great experience.

Personally, I wouldn't hire anyone that has the nerve to take up 5 STOREFRONT parking spaces instead of walking 20 feet across the parking lot!

I was really pleased with the job they did on my roof. They did a tear-off and re-shingeled the entire roof in one day. I was amazed how fast they were, and my neighbors also commented on the excellent job they did and how fast they were. In fact, one of my neighbors said to one of the roofers, "You guys are really fast," to which the roofer responded, "Thank you." They were excellent, and they did and excellent job of clean up. The owner of the business was very reliable, polite, and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a new roof put on our home this fall. I am so impress with the roofing crew. They were all very polite, professional and respectful to our yard and needs. They left our yard in better condition that it was in before they started the tear off. They took the time needed to address problem areas on our roof to prevent future water issues. I would recommend Homer Roofing to anyone in the Logan Utah area needing a roofer. I give them 5 stars!

Homer roofing is excellent!!! We needed to replace a roof this spring (2012). I contacted Homer roofing. From the very first contact I felt like my opinion mattered. He gave me all the options and then showed me the advantages and disadvantages of each. All of the workers were very respectful and cleaned up the bebris after each day of work. We even had an unexpected rain/snow storm during the process. He came and checked on things and called me to see if I had any questions. There were not problems because they made sure everything was sealed. I have been totally satisfied with the work that Homer roofing has done for my house and family. I would definitily recommend Homer roofing to anyone.

Customer service was lacking. They were recommended to me. but my experience was no good. They fixed a leaky roof. A few months later it was leaking in the same place. The man said he was going hunting and that I should call next week. I was gone for 2 weeks, so when I called the next month, I received a similar response. I finally got them to take down my information. Then called to tell me to get someone else. That would have been fine, except they needed to finish the job they started. I finally got them to set an appointment. They didn't show up or even call. I called a week later and the guy refused to do business with me. Very unimpressed. Would not recommend. I'm sure the main person is just a guy trying to make an honest living, but I will take my business to someone else.
