  We sold our home with Brittany from the Heckenberg Group back in 2013. Brittany was fantastic! I can't say enough good things about her! She definitely worked hard for us. She was always available when needed and she even helped us find a realtor in the state we were moving to. We have used 2 other realtors since Brittany (because we were in other states and couldn't use her) and they did NOT measure up to Brittany!
  
  The Heckenberg Group helped my sister when she moved to Denver in 2021 and they treated her well and helped her find a great house!

  My wife and I found Brittany from the Heckenberg Group through a co-worker and friend! We were looking for a house in the Denver Metro area and immediately upon meeting Brittany we felt comfortable and connected to her! As first home buyers we had a lot of questions and Brittany did an amazing job walking us through each step, answering questions, and providing reassurance around any uncertainties we had. She was extremely timely, easily available, and organized. One of our biggest concerns was fears around being intimidated and overwhelmed with the process. However, the whole team at Heckenberg Group supported as we navigated each step. It was obvious to both of us that Brittany and her team were knowledgable and thoughtful with the Denver market! Really enjoyed our experience and happy in our new home!

  Brittany was referred to us by a friend. We were gearing up for our first home purchase and we were new to Denver. She helped educate us on the different neighborhoods, she was super flexible on showing times, and she was always promptly on time!
  
  As a young couple searching for our first home, Brittany was a perfect fit. She was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted AND when we really wanted to pursue an opportunity she was aggressive to put us in the best position. We ended up purchasing our dream house in West Wash Park after a 2-3 month search.
  
  Brittany and Ryan were a great team to work with, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

  The Heckenberg Group was an amazing team to work with in our selling and home building journey in the North Denver Metro area! When we sold our first home they guided us throughly during the whole process and helped us achieve the most money for our sale. The Heckenberg Group provided us with so much information as we built our next house. When issues arose with the builders the Heckenberg Group was there to guide us and had our best interest. After the close of our new build the Heckenber Group kept in touch and has always be responsive and professional with additional questions and concerns. We truly loved working with the Heckenber Group and will always use them for our future real estate needs!
