Since we hired Home Care Assistance of Tucson my life has changed dramatically. I’ve been carrying the entire load of caregiving for my wife Mary Anne for the last eight years. I had finally gotten to the point where I felt defeated physically and emotionally. I called and told them I needed help but was unsure of what I needed to do. Katie came and sat down with me the same day I made my call. We discussed my needs and how they would be able to help me. It’s been two weeks now since they started and Racksand and Mona have totally changed my life for the better. Mary Anne has totally fallen in love with them and looks forward to seeing them each day. My stress has pretty much disappeared and when I leave the house to get groceries or meet a friend for lunch I never have to worry about what’s happening with my wife because I know she happy and getting the best care available. I have personally had an excellent experience working with this company. I am a retired RN who now requires assistance with ‘activities of daily living’. I know what ‘excellent care’ is, and I recognize it when I see it. That is what Homecare Assistance of Tucson has provided for me. My caregiver recognizes what needs to be done before I even ask her to help me with something. She also encourages me to do what I safely can do for myself, maintaining my strength, abilities, and dignity. My caregiver is also an excellent companion, demonstrating caring concern at all times.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires outside assistance with non-medical home care and companionship for themselves or their loved ones.
