"Anne" did a fabulous job! Great experience, plus a gentleman brought me a piping hot delicious spring roll. Nice touch!! I would highly recommend.

Went there yesterday to have my polish removed and my nails cut down because I'm having surgery in 2 days. The lady acted like she was pissed because I had gel nails. She acted like it was an inconvenience to do this for me. Never spoke the whole time. Wrapped my nails in aluminum foil with polish remover to remove the polish. Never seen it done that way. My nails are rough and feel terrible today. Can't wait to go back to my usual place later this week to have my nails redone. I was very uneasy with these people. I will never set foot in their place again. It was like a moseleum in there. Not friendly at all. The lady handed me a bottle of water but didn't offer to unscrew the lid so I could drink it. Could not manage the lid with the foil on my fingers. Really crappy place. Absolutely no personality at all!!

I have never had a bad experience here. No one there has ever been rude. I can imagine that cultural differences can be mistaken for being rude by others.

I appreciate that this facility is so busy for a reason. I understand that no matter how busy....they always try to work me in when I "walk in". It's always worth the wait.

I tip and they also take care of me if I don't tip as well every time...and I have also seen those who don't tip at all! Folks, keep in mind they do remember the tippers... Just like most "service industry businesses" ;)

I think this place is working hard at damage control from prior multiple poor reviews. I was a Sunday walk in for a badly needed pedi, so I was desperate. I was given a chilled bottle of water for my short wait, & later, when seated, a hot spring roll as a snack. All voluntarily served to me by a sweet grandmotherly-type. They line their foot bath with plastic, for sanitation, which pleased me, even though I don't frequent these places enough to know what is standard. My nail technician, was young gentleman in black eyeglasses named Kay. He was expedient, gentle, quiet & polite. I'll be back.

We came here because they seem to be one of the only places open on Sunday. When we came in, everyone was busy so we knew we would have to wait. I explained that I wanted a manicure. And then myself plus the other 3 in my party (4 of us total) wanted pedicures. Oh my gosh, you'd have thought I asked for something really complicated. This RUDE older man tried to get me to sit down for a pedicure. Not once but twice. The 2nd time I asked "who speakers the best English" and then again explained. The lady who was working then explained to him what I wanted. When I got my manicure from the same lady who translated, she was so rude. And rough. My nails, which are already pretty short so just needed filing and shaping are torn up. Uneven and rough! And while the 4 of us were getting our pedicures, she was extremely rude. Body language and tone of voice go a long way in customer service. We will NOT be coming back here. 4 of us plus all of the people we can tell about how terrible this place is... think about that.

If this lady is working when you decide to take a chance on this place... RUN AWAY!!!!!

P.S. The elder lady who gives you water and egg rolls is THE best thing about the place! Too bad the other people working there are mean!

So I took my daughter for a mani/pedi for her birthday. She never had one before. She told me later that he nicked her a few times on her feet. I left for a bit while she got a manicure. He also nicked her on her nails. The guy also came on to her. The conversation was rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, what should have been a pleasant experience, was not. We will never go back there. They very unprofessional !

Honestly, every time I go I love it! They're always so welcoming, sweet. And do my nails JUST how I want it. Love getting my eyebrows waxed there. I love them. love the people, love the vibe. They're awesome!

Horrible customer service. They are rude, don't listen to the customers, have attitudes etc. I was even told by the lady that "she didn't have time for this" when thinking about getting a wax, which was done horribly on my mother. We went there to have a girls day but we were all unnecessarily separated and I asked for a full set of gel nails but the man just started painting my real nails which he cut way shorter than I asked him to do.

I will never go here again. Horrible experience and service I suggest you don't go here either

My first visit got a pink & white from a woman there and was extremely pleased. My second visit I got gel nails and will never go back. The man who did my nails cut my finger with the cuticle clipper and instead of cleaning off the blood and mending the cut, he continued to paint my nail and trapped the blood under the nail polish. Now I can't wash off the blood so it shows through the expensive paint job and my finger still hurts. Not to mention how unsanitary it is to cut someone and continue dipping the brush into the polish. Also he painted some nails over my skin so they peel easier and some way after my cuticles so it looks like it's already grown out the day I got it done... Do not go there. And if you do, do not let the skinny man do your nails.

Took my mom there for her first pedicure. I called to make an appointment and ask their prices. I was told it was $18 for kids and $25 for adults. When we checked out they charged me $30 because I was a male. REALLY? They did not paint my nails. The lady did not even speak to me. Once I got outside and looked she did not even trim my toe nails. Save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for years...I had the worst experience I've ever had any place of business today. My mom and I went together for a girls day. There were extremely rude and not friendly at all. After shaving dead skin off they would rinse the instrument off in our water and then want us to put our feet back in there!!! Gross...we asked them not to do that, then they got aggressive. There were slinging stuff, even pushed our legs and starting yelling at us!! It was so awful. When left in the middle of our pedicure and were demanded to pay even though we weren't happy.
