Went in looking for film for a camera the front desk employee was rude and when we asked questions about the film she didnt seem to know much. Overrall seems like she did not want to help us/be there.

Had prints made here and so has a friend of mine. The quality, which is most important to me was just excellent. The pricing was very fair and turnaround time was quick. Friendly, helpful service and seem pretty knowledgeable. Will definitely return.

I just remembered these guys because I have more printing needs and they are who I've used in the past. I will however be looking for another business.

The image quality is good and the turnaround time for prints isn't bad however what they advertise as "Matte" prints are actually Luster (semi-gloss). They told me several times when I complained that those were the options for the printing service they go through, but why lie to the customers? Either find a new printing source or properly advertise your options!
