Nice hotel not far from the airport - staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained. They do have a for-fee restaurant for breakfast. I didn't try it myself but it looked good.

I have never felt the need to write a review until now. For paying roughly $180/night this hotel is horrible for the following reasons. 1) it’s extremely loud. 2) management is uncoroporative. I needed to change rooms because 1) they didn’t uphold my request about being on both the top floor and not being on the highway side. In addition, when I entered into the room, the bed wasn’t made and there were dirty towels on the floor. 3) The Hotel WiFi didn’t work. 4) The parking lot was full so we had to park off site. 5) The restaurant’s continental breakfast was cold versus hot. 6) the waitress made me pay for coffee refills. I should have stayed at the best western or the embassy suites. Do not stay here!!!

Had a 3 day meeting here. Convenient next to the 55 so was able to go anywhere. The Hotel food was really good. The rooms were sufficient.

The rooms are pretty clean but it's not updated. There are not many places to eat so you will need a car to go anywhere. The front desk people are awesome and the cleaning people are nice too. Breakfast is not free but you do get a free drink voucher. The walls are also pretty thin so you will hear the people talking in the next room if they are loud.

Very friendly staff with good service. Romms are nice, but you hear the people above you. Good base camp for the Newport Beach and Disneyland.

Staying for a wedding. They told us we'd be charged more than what we should have for the wedding discount. Had to call to fix the pricing. Besides that, a decent quality.

While I was only here for 2 days (business trip) the staff were very nice. Lunch was provided for our meetings are well and I have to say some of the best and juicy chicken I've had from a hotel. The room was nice and my only complaint really is bad wifi but still 5 stars.

Spent a night here while in town for a meeting. I've been here before, but not lately. For an old hotel, it's fine. Smells a little dank in the halls and in the room until the AC is on for a bit. Breakfast is pretty good and staff was fine. Probably should be cheaper. Would definitely come back for a night but wouldn't want to spend more than that with so many other, better options in the same price range.

The hotel was convenient and had a shuttle available. The rooms were clean but dated. Walls were thin and we heard noises from neighboring rooms. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Frank, the manager, is a treasure. He was very professional and extremely friendly. I was very impressed when he brought water bottles to us at the pool just because it was hot. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn .

*NOTE these pictures I took at checkout and have our belongings/cookie crumbs in them. Room was very clean when we arrived.

My wife and I stayed here only one night around Easter when visiting family.

Easily accessible place with convenient parking.

Room was very clean and spacious too. Wireless internet worked great and it is free. The room seems a little older, with some of the furniture nicked and the television screen being washed-out and somewhat dim.
The sound of traffic from the nearby highway makes its way through the walls, but I was tired from our traveling and slept just fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Angela at the front desk, she was great.

We did not try the food, the pool, nor the exercise facilities.

It was a good hotel - typical of what to expect of Holiday Inns. The location is very close to the highway so if you are a sleeper who may wake up pretty easily, I'd recommend something else. It didn't matter to me. This place is huge - has a lot of rooms and good facilities otherwise.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding, and we had booked a room at a different place across tiwn. Well when we arrived we did not like the weird guy ridding around on his bike, or all the crumbling paint. Overall it seemed like a sketchy place. So we fired up our phones and power searched for something better. Up popped Holiday Inn. Yes they were more expensive, but they saved our bacon once before in almost the exact same situation. We booked a room and drove across town. Staff was quick and courteous and the hotel was clean and felt very safe. We were so exhausted from being on the road almost 11 hours we made it to our room and passed out. We had to meet up with the family in the morning so we literally just slept and left. We didn't get to take advantage of any of the amenities but the peace of mind we had by being in a clean and safe location was worth it. Holiday Inn you are our new default travel hotel.

The banquet hall is large for accommodating up to 100 guests. Great service.

we were here for one night when returning tour home in San Diego. good location just off the 55 freeway. Nice clean rooms as you would expect from any other Holiday Inn Hotel. I will stay here in the future again if needed.
