Nice staff decent breakfast and clean rooms
I had to attend a food safety certification here. The class was fine. The teacher was awesome. The hotel seemed okay.
I am from CT and had to recently make an emergency trip to FL. I made my reservation via phone & spoke with Craig. He was the perfect example of great customer service. I didn't know exactly how long I would be staying and he told me to just pick a check out date, just to keep the room under my name. It was also great that he gave me a breakdown of the cost for each day before I even arrived. My stay there was excellent, and the entire staff were extremely polite & helpful. The room was clean, quiet & very comfortable as well. I will definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express to all family & friends. Thank you for the hospitality & great customer service!!
Very nice place friendly staff rooms are very clean and close to a lot of places to eat.
very nice place and people and great beds
The beds are like sleeping in a crater on the moon and the top two floors are under construction. I hope they get it right this time. Every thing else is good. The biggest problem with hotels these days is the mattress in hotels are to soft, not every one likes a soft bed. Personally I think we should have a choice.
We were here during Hurricane Irma and the hotel and staff were absolutely great. They made sure that we were all comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and it was clean. This was the second time we've used this hotel and it won't be the last.
Lighting in room and parking lot poor. Bath with areas of grout dirt. Breakfast no bacon all week. Bulbs needed replaced. Not done after reported. Business trip. Good location near interstate and malls. 2 toilet paper rolls last day had been dropped in water. Since toilet only water readily available I assume they were wet with toilet water. Won't be back.
Clean comfortable rooms and a friendly helpful staff. Great location - convenient to shopping and highways and not far from the beach
Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant, and the rooms were clean. It's right next to Cracker Barrel and Steak n Shake, so there are plenty of dining options (you could probably walk there, too).
Comfy n clean beds and room. Great breakfast selections, eggs, sausages, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Great stay for 130/night
Pretty nice hotel. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. Breakfast was just OK and fitness room was small. Overall a nice place though, well maintained and close to restaurants, I-95 and an outlet mall.
Lice in room. Management extremely rude.
The stay I experienced was very disappointing. I have stayed throughout many properties throughout the states in my business travels. I used points on this stay for leisure on thanksgiving day after visiting family. We checked in fairly late at night and I was with my wife and two kids. I had two rooms reserved, one for myself and another for my wife and kids which was a two bed room. Shortly after settling in my wife and kids noticed bugs in the bed. They went downstairs and mentioned it to the front desk and we were checked into a room with only a single bed.
The next morning my wife approached management about the lice in the room and the unsatisfactory experience that we had experienced. John Taver was very disrespectful, unapologetic, angry, and aggressive. Being very short and slamming down a business card of the GM, Priscilla simply saying "call corporate". After my wife mentioned that she felt he was being very aggressive and threatening towards a woman in his demeanor he stated that he did not slam down the business card that it had flew from his hands. Other guests were around to see the incident as well. Not only was this unnecessary behavior by someone at Management level but completely uncalled for. I will not stay at this property again and understandably bugs in a bedroom are unfortunately beyond the control of outside visitors but it is no excuse to mistreat a customer at your property.
