In a good location near many conveniences. Clean, nice, friendly staff. Undergoing renovations so looking forward to see what the results will be. Usually stay here for work and would be great if they added more equipment to the fitness center.

I really liked this place. I always stay there except the last time 3 days ago I was there left my nice blanket folded on the bed called motel said they hadn't seen it. My nephew went to the motel within 30 minutes and could not get my blanket. So I guess I want stay there anymore with thieves. Bobbi Oliver Thompson and Janice Simpson

Good reliable place to stay. If you're not familiar with the roads around Tallahassee is easy to miss trying to get in to the place. Breakfast buffet had some hot items on it and it was yummy. Internet seemed to have a strong signal. Definitely a place I'd stay again. The fitness equipment was in good order although it's pretty much cardio.

I cannot think of one bad thing about my stay here. The lady that works the night shift was very nice and very professional. Went out of her way to find quarters for me to be able to do laundry. The rooms are clean and well maintained! 5 stars just isn't good enough!

The staff went above and beyond! They found us Extra pillows in their hotel while it was booked solid. Clean, comfy rooms and very quiet. We could have just moved in permanently!

While traveling, the Holiday Inn Express brand has ended up being my go to option if available. If I was to place this hotel in a standard bell curve, it would rank slightly below average in most categories. Upon entering the room, it has a noticeable musty odor with damp (but not wet) carpet. This was better by morning after a night of running the AC. The person responsible for the breakfast area was struggling to keep the food fresh given the crowd. They had to take the elevator down briefly for maintenance during our stay. The staff, though, was very attentive and friendly.

    It was an average facility.
The room shows age, but was roomy and comfortable.
I have used the property a few times, and the staff is always polite and helpful.
Breakfast is HIExpress standard. Coffee was always hot and full, and that is all I care about at the breakfast, anything else is just a bonus

Great location - a little tough to exit in the AM (on weekdays) but otherwise good enough to me

Great price and great location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, including Osaka Japanese steakhouse, which has the Asian Elvis working one of the grills. Overall a great experience and we will definitely stay there again!

HOSPITALITY WAS REDICULOUS!!!💩💩💩 GOT BACK AFTER A SOCCER TOURNAMENT WAS POURING RAIN AND FREEZING COLD. NEITHER OF OUR KEYS WOULD WORK AT THE BACK DOOR AND THERE WAS NO OTHER PARKING. HAD THREE KIDS, ONE A TODDLER, CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR THEM TO OPEN THE BACK DOOR. THE LADY REFUSED AND SAID WE HAVE TO PULL AROUND TO HAVE OUR CARDS REKEYED INSTEAD OF GETTING OFF HER LAZY BEHIND AND OPENING THE DOOR. LAST TIME FOR US FOR SURE!!!

Location was easily accessible, rooms were well kept and stocked, and the service was impeccable. We lost a room key and they happily replaced it, and needed yet another one after leaving our car keys in the room post checkout. The employees are very friendly.

The holiday Inn off Raymond Diehl was the old Cabot Lodge. They have remodeled the breakfast area, but I think they can improve more on the rooms itself. Ie,new carpet and new ac units. Least the room we stayed in was a bit muggy and the ac wasn't consistent

The staff was very nice and it was easy to check in and out. I had the best night sleep I've had in awhile. I just found out they use Serta mattresses The room was very clean. I would highly recommend this location.
