Wonderful place pool. Exercise machines a wonderful breakfast nice rooms handicap room was so nice didn't see anything wrong with this place so nice

We stayed at this hotel and my daughter forgot her pillow at our room. We called and spoke to Trudy the manager who asked for the description of the pillow and after confirmation of my credit card she promised to send it. This is almost 3 weeks ago!! We have called several times and left several messages and nobody is able to get Mrs. Trudy the manager on the phone or to confirm the status of our little girl’s pillow. Poor post-sale service, very poor.

Generally clean and quiet. Nice manager's party on the afternoon featuring local wines (whites tend to be better choice). Meeting room is well appointed and very reasonably priced. However, wi-fi service is spotty and slow, we're talking 2005 DSL speeds.

Clean room, comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. Staff is frendly and helpful. Huge pet peeve of mine is a low shower head not here.

Nice rooms, staff and the breakfast in the morning had a good variety. The town is also known as Mayberry, the home of Andy Griffith. There is no place to get dinner in the hotel, but there are plenty of options in town and many deliver

Clean and nice place to stay, the only down side is that you don't get to check in until 3pm but your paying for that day you are there. The pool is nice, just don't sit in the chairs. They were nasty. Breakfast there was very good too.

Not a bad place to spend your time in Mayberry RFD. Haha. The hotel is old but it has been renovated. The place is clean and they have a very diverse breakfast offering. The bed wasn't the best, but they were serviceable. The hotel is pet friendly as well and the fee is only $25. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Service was friendly and rooms were updated and clean. Hot breakfast in the morning and pet friendly rooms were a plus. Accommodated my family and I when we couldn't show up for check in until 3AM. I would definitely stay here again. I only give 4* because the $25 per pet per night fee is absurd. I dont blame them, they're just on par with how the industry treats pets, but it's still insanely excessive.

It was clean and conveniently located ,however the beds were not $100 a night comfortable. Up since 4. The breakfast was fabulous, large variety with awesome retro seating!

Hotel is excellent, wifi is adequate and the rooms are clean. There enough selection for food but the best part is people watching the local residents. Definitely suggest this hotel.
