The bathroom lock didn't work, the pool and hot tub were disgusting, and the elderly start yelling at you to be quiet if it is after 8 pm. Breakfast is also trash.

Good hotel. Room was clean and the staff was really nice. Parts of the hotel were under renovation, however it did not have an effect on the stay. Pool area could have been cleaner though. Good stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful and the facility was recently renodeled. However, maintenance was awful. On arrival my sink was very slow to drain, the toilet wouldn't flush properly and on day 2 of 4 my TV wouldn't change channels and was stuck on CSPAN (go figure). The sink was repaired after two days and the TV never was. The front desk did comp me reward points but I won't stay here again.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Arcade, pool, and hot tub make it a great place for families and conveniently located just miles away from Holiday World. Staff was also very welcoming and accommodating.

Hotel was adequate and staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and well-maintained in the air conditioning unit worked fine. I thought the price of the room was a little bit much considering the hotel with an older style that had been recently remodeled which is why I gave it three stars.

We stayed last night 9/23 gravy was better than most but the biscuits were hard all the way through. Seriously?? My dog couldn't eat those, gravy didn't soften at all. How old are those things anyway?

The staff was super nice. The room while clean had a good bit of dust bunnies and some pour painting issues around the window air conditioner. Other than that no complaints

Clean, friendly staff, extremely convenient drive to Holiday World or the Softball/Baseball diamonds. Only issue was a stopped up drain in the shower

Just had a shocking experience at this location.a manager, well someone who claimed they were a manager anyway, named Jill just was very rude to my family and threatened to call the police and remove us from the property simply for calling the front desk and asking for towels just left a message with their corporate office and anticipate a call back from them soon. Would never stay at this hotel again as long as Jill works here. Hopefully her time here is limited otherwise they're going to lose a lot of paying customers. The location was Hospitality Road in Jasper, IN.

Location is in a great place on the south end of town and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was impeccable.
