We were suppose to check in at 3, didn't get us in till 4. Wifi was terrible and being a college student it's a must. Only half the TV channels worked for us. Shower water for a few seconds came out brown, tap water smelled and tasted like sewer. The only water that seemed drinkable was in the lobby. They weren't helpful about the wifi, they just said it was because so many people were on it at once and there was nothing they could do.

Location is convenient to the highway and an array of fast food restaurants. The rooms were clean and updated. The rooms included a fridge and microwave and everything was super clean. The housekeeping was early and everyone was super polite!

After having our rooms in Chicago sold out from beneath us, we called this Holiday Inn hoping for availability. We needed 11 rooms for a group traveling through to Kentucky. The front desk clerk was accommodating and kind! She made our frustrating end of trip- pleasant. The rates were incredible for such a nice hotel. Breakfast was good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel! Kudos to the hotel for hiring such quality front desk people. Great stay!!!!

Had a good overnight stay. Room on third floor was clean, good water pressure, very hot water. Staff we engaged with were friendly and helpful. Would stop here again.

Had to come to the area for a funeral and needed a place to stay the night. Nice place. Pet friendly which we appreciated since we brought ours. Room was clean without bugs, staff was very friendly. Quiet even being close to I 65. Comfortable bed with an assortment of pillows to meet everyone's needs. The only thing I would like to see since it's Pet Friendly is to be able to leave my crated dog in the room for a short time due to the heat outside. It doesn't mind being crated and I would hate for it to potty in their room. We had to eat fast food in our car so we could keep the A/C running for the dog. Otherwise great place to lay your head. Breakfast was good and always refilled. Would stay here again.

Clean rooms, but they have no outlets available in convenient places to charge phones or computers. Big problem that's easily solved. Sheets felt cheap, compared to other holiday Inn expresses I've stayed in.

This is second time with have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Rensselaer. The desk personnel are always so sweet and welcoming. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are extremely comfy. Zero complaints. Always a pleasure to stay here.
