  I wanted to tell you about the wonderful experience I had staying at your hotel last night.

  ...

  The hotel was very clean and room very comfortable. Breakfast was good. All of that is a credit to your staff.

  I wanted to especially point out the person who welcomed me to the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk, Marcus, was extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to see if there was a phone charger I could borrow. He could have simply gone through the motions but he made me feel very welcome. Because of his kindness and professionalism, I will return to your hotel in the future when I am in the area. Will you please thank Marcus and your entire staff for a wonderful stay.
