  The hotel is nice, there is a serious quality control issue. Terrible cleaning of room and the hallway trash looked like a dumpster. Badly understaffed.

  Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning and large bathrooms. Convenient location for access to the city.

  Not worth the extra money compared to other hotels in the area! Our shower was dirty, they did not restock our room with simple amenities after the first night (99 a night I would think they could spare another coffee pod and cups). Dirty towels where left in our room, trash was not taken out. Disappointed no mini fridge. We had breakfast at hotel and staff was nice enough but there was sticky syrup all over the floor in the breakfast bar area and no attempt to clean it after it was pointed out.

  ROACHES! Dont be fooled by the bright lights and wannabe upscale atmosphere. I've stayed here several times none were as unpleasant as this time. On the way to the room there was a roach hanging out on the 3rd floor wall. In the room I was unable to connect to the internet. An issue which the front desk offered zero assistance or advice. A recurring theme here at the Dothan North Holiday Inn. The staff in general in inattentive and rude. You should definitely spend your money elsewhere for the price it's simply not worth it.

  The rooms are nice and the facility is also nice, however the front desk staff (the ones that assisted me) don't need to be left at the front desk unattended. The need more training. I am hoping someone from the Wilson Group will provide me an email so that I can send them my complaints opposed to putting on here for everyone to see.

  Hotel is older but not bad. Shower was very slick and drain cover in the middle of the floor was loose and made me think I would skip a couple of times. I've stayed at plenty of holiday inn expresses that we better than this full fledged holiday inn, and they even included breakfast.

  The Holiday Inn Dothan is a very nice hotel. The staff will is very helpful and will go out of their way to ensure that the guest's stay is as peaceful as possible. The room was impeccably clean and comfortably large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

  Reasonable rate. But low rent quality experience. Food is not bad if staff can get it right. Clean rooms decent rate, but if you stay in hotels often you will notice plenty of short comings.

  I'm a loyal ihg guy. Average 15 nights per month and this is BY FAR the worst ever. Bed was uncomfortable very hard mattress. The room smelled awful and the restaurant was absolutely the worst meal of my life. Never again will I stay here.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very very nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious and well stocked. The outside pool area is designed like a retreat like area and the breakfast was really good. Even the owner stopped by to say hello and check in on us. Highly recommend.
