Had a great time here! Kids loved it (2yrs, 14yrs, 16yrs, 17yrs, 18yrs) and so did the adults. Reasonably priced, was very happy that they stayed open until 10pm so we could explore the maze in the dark. Bring your own flashlights but they have a little General Store if you need to buy some. Great experience!

Nice re-creation of The Village, An absolute crime they weren't honest about what really went on at Ft. Witten. (Side note I was involved in the archaeological dig prior to the set up of this homey little movie set.

I have been a part of this community all my life and the crab orchard has always been a focal point for our young. As a child me and my family and friends would go to sample our past and try to have a living experience imagining what it was like to have been alive in the old days hunting and trapping to survive. And lets not forget the war that made our region a landmark for all to see and enjoy. We are all happy the museum is there for not only us but for future generations to learn and experience our humble beginnings.
