  Amazing price, incredibly friendly and helpful, great location. I have never seen a more pleasant staff. They will bend over backwards to help you however they can.

  Clean facility and very helpful. Staff very friendly and attentive towards the safety and security of the property. Don't think there is a safer place in Camden county then inside the fence line at Hippo Storage!

  Top notch!! Used Hippo for a local move into our last and final home on the Georgia coast. Honest. Professional. Clean, new equipment. Excellent handling of our furniture and the logistics of our move. My wife and I have done the corporate move thing nearly a dozen times, and I was in the moving biz myself years ago, so you might say we know something about good household moving. Hippo is excellent! Kudos to the entire crew!

  Jim at Kingsland Hippo Storage is fantastic! We were in a bind during a move and he let us borrow some equipment needed for moving. We've stored with them before and I'd recommend them to everyone! Top notch facilities and customer service!

  I have never dealt with a more difficult and pain in the ass storage company than Hippo Storage. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. While the facility is very clean, they're very expensive. You can only use the lock they provide to you. They have the strangest office hours and are often not open when their posted hours say they should be. Trying to get in contact with anyone on the phone is a trial in and of itself as they often don't answer the phones. Yes, the 16ft box truck is complimentary upon moving your things in. But you need to fill the truck when you are done and if you happen to misplace the receipt, they'll still charge you a refueling fee, even if the truck was full. If you pay cash for the insurance fee to use the box truck, they conveniently have no record of it and will then try to charge you for that. If they have your card 'on file', then they'll call you to tell you that you have a pending balance and that they're charging your card. And the young woman that frequently works there is the more unfriendly person to deal with. The way she talked to me, as if I didn't know anything and it was her reluctant job to teach the information, was extremely rude. I am honestly relieved that I didn't have to keep my things at Hippo Storage very long.
  TL; DR- Avoid this place. Go somewhere, anywhere, else. You'll be better off.
