I found a very friendly staff who went out of their way to get me the piece I wanted the way I wanted.

The owner of this tourist trap is a snob who has no time for customers unless they are spending big money. She was really rude to me and I won't be going back.

Asked to have watch resized (one link removed). Watch was returned with two links removed, only one link given back which was damaged. Watch no longer fits and was charged for services. When I confronted them about services they claimed only one link was removed and offered no solutions.
