Outdated decor. I made the mistake of booking this hotel on 420. marijuana smoke and smell was very prevalent throughout the hotel even though there was a security guard in the lobby. He didn't appear to be interested in doing anything extra to secure the premises of this. Self parking in the garage is $15. I chose to park on the street at a meter instead. If you are staying there on the weekend expect a different crowd rather than during the week when the business crowd is there. I was not very impressed but I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice modern hotel. We had an "atrium view" but it was positioned near am elevator bank so it was blocked. There is no pool or sauna here. Parking is 15 a day. The one plus was that the metro is literally behind the hotel.ao it was very convenient for commuting to and from the city.

I'm in this hotel as we speak, reserved the presidential suite for the better part of the week. There were no sheets blankets or pillows for the pull out. It looked like it had not been sanitized in this quarter. The front desk took 30 min to bring a prison blanket, its 1030 PM mind you, and a pillow and they gave me the biggest attitude about it. They said and I quote..." it's not my fault. You gotta talk to housekeeping bout that." So if your looking for hospitality...seeks other avenues. I'm a Hilton Honors member and travel weekly. That said Hilton quality is lacking at this property as well as general customer service skills.

For a Hilton hotel: i honestly expected more.
    Cleanliness: 5 stars.
Customer service: 5 stars. Front desk was amazing to tending to our needs
Amenities: 4. Why? Laundry barely washed the clothes and dried them. The gym? Was too small for that big of a hotel.

I had a great time in Rockville., beautiful, friendly environment and atmosphere at the Hilton. It was invitation to remember a wonderful Jazz Festival, great singers and musicians. Plenty of vendors with variety of goods to sale. Also impressed with the menu at the Hilton. Great time there and looking forward to more shows in the future. Hopefully the next event will have better notification regarding signs for parking, myself and others were baffled about where to park the car on a brisk, brisk night.

Beautiful hotel in the inside. You would never be able to tell from the outside how nice it looks on the inside. I didn't stay in the rooms, as I was there for a professional event. This is clearly a very nice place to stay though.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Right across the street from the D.C. metro and could be in the capitol in less than an hour, with no traffic! Staff is kind and courteous. The only reason I have a 4/5 is because the mini fridge in my room kept making a very loud rattling sound. Otherwise, was great!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The reception experience was very good. The front staff was lovely, answered happily to all our questions. The room was ok although there was a damp patch on the ceiling and the walls. My friend checked if it was wet and it wasn't. The wall paper besides the toilet was peeling. The restaurant "Olive" experience with the waiters was good, the food wasn't. I ordered risotto. It was over cooked and probably re heated, I ate a little bit of it and gave it back. I made the complaint but it wasn't taken off the bill. My friend got a piece of cake free instead (?). In general I will come back but wouldn't go to the restaurant.

This is my hotel of choice when I'm in the area. There are several hotels I can choose from that are close to where I need to go but I prefer this Hilton because the rooms are so nice and comfortable. I like that they have about 40 TV stations to choose from so I can watch pretty much whatever I want to see it night, and catch up on Showtime. I believe they also have HBO. I swim in the pool to relax and the exercise room has all of the standard equipment. I always look forward to coming here

You can't find a more accommodating and friendly Hilton. Every staff person provides a personal and professional touch. The new Executive Lounge is a nice way to start the day with Trish, and end the day with Hernando.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was so nice and powerful. Just what I needed after a long day of touring Washington DC cherry blossoms. The negative was the front desk incompetence .They gave us a card to a room that would not open. When we called down we were told to go back down to the front desk, which meant all our luggage also to get a new card for a different room. Also we were not informed we would have a 50$ charge placed on our credit card . We called to see why and then were told it will be refunded after 5 days. I think they should have told us about the charge before charging our card. ps.For the price you would think a small breakfast would have been included

We stayed overnight and absolutely loved it! The Metro line is right across the street and took us to D.C. and back, in minutes, for cheaper and much less aggravation than we would have experienced with driving. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very accommodating. If you plan on staying in Rockville, there's a ton to do, see, and eat within walking distance. Also, the breakfast was amazing with tons of choices and personal service. We will definitely stay there again!

I have attended conferences at this hotel try years in a row now and for the most part it has been a good experience. Everything is very professional, everything is always reset in the morning so it looks fresh, all very well done. They have a difficult time controlling the temperature though within the conference room which was a consistent problem all three days both years. There are tons of places to eat in walking distance and the metro is right next to it so no need for a car. I didn't actually stay there so I can't comment on that, but overall it is a great place to hold large conferences. Our office had about 150 people there both years and the accommodated us and other groups comfortably.
