Great airport family that I visit lives 10 minutes from the airport so pretty fast getting there to and from the airport you can even hear the planes from there house to friendly staff and tsa be flying again in December for Christmas can't wait

This was the worst flying experience of my life. Once we got on the flight we were about an hour in when they needed to turn around the plane to fly back and I couldn't be rebooked until the next day at four. This caused me to miss an awards show as well as an important appointment. Thanks a lot.

That's where I was raised and where I had Renee and Jasmine, that where I went to school, it's where I found my first love, Rico r. ramoz.my first kiss.and. My best friend Nicky gessie, Nicole Russian, and Gavin mull. It's where my dad Jessie might died,my love died there as well Rico Ramoz.And my friend Gavin mull. .. I miss the island so much h it's time to go home..🙌💙💋

Second time in one month that a flight has been cancelled "due to weather." Last time, it was an afternoon thunder shower that passed near the island, but not a drop hit the ground and the wind was moderate. Now, they've cancelled a flight a day in advance because of a passing tropical storm that will be in the mid Atlantic waters by the time the flight is departing. I understand (nearly 20 years as a commercial sea captain) that safety comes before all other concerns, but by the time the last flight they cancelled was supposed to leave it was a beautiful sunny day and tomorrow morning when this flight is due to departI would bet my summer wages that it'll be a beautiful sunny day. Someone should check into the protocols of this airport for they are, at times, unnecessarily cancelling flight and ultimately losing money.

On November 8 2014 I checked my luggage and subsequently gave it to the TSA agents. Upon retrieving my luggage at LAX, I found that the Travel Sentry Approved lock had been removed as well as the zipper runners; and damage had been done to zipper teeth. A TSA notice was left in luggage saying that they had inspected luggage and indicated they were unable to open the lock (for which they should have had the combination or tools). Furthermore I was in the waiting area 1hour 45 minutes before my flight departed. If they could not open it they could have paged me in this small airport. I am very disappointed by their lack of professionalism. Why were they not trained to open TSA approved locks?

We are so happy to come and go from home on Hilton Head Island at this great little airport. It is like arriving on vacation in the tropics!

One of the smallest airports I've been to. No security line or wait to check in. You don't need to allow much extra time before you flight. I'd recommend eating beforehand as there aren't many food/beverage options.
