A great place to stay and spend the night or two. The staff was great and very friendly and the food was really good too.

All the staff are amazing, fun and great at their jobs! From waitresses to drivers to front desk to the back, morning staff to night... they are all great and make you feel at home! Very impressed!

Great location to all attractions around Seattle. Hotel itself seems a bit old but the staff is warm and friendly and helpful to resolve any issues that arises with your stay. Personally I did have several issues but all the staff was helpful to resolve them and I'm back to enjoying my to out west!

Stayed across the street from this hotel and since ours didn't have a bar or restaurant we walked over. We were immediately greeted with a smile and "hi folks, welcome"!
Cameron was a fantastic waiter and bartender and offered some great touring advice for Mt. Rainer which we planned to visit the following day.

Hotel lobby, food and staff were wonderful! We will be staying here on our next trip to Seattle

Hotel feels updated but rooms still have some weird quirks and didn't feel like they were as nice as the lobby would ha you believe. WiFi experience is not good and you've got to jump through a bunch of hoops to get connected and be a loyalty club member for free access to the low speed stuff. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The location is kind of out of the way of the main center of the city, but it provided for a quiet night. Our room and on suite was very spacious. Staff was very polite and treated us with the utmost respect. Only sad thing was you can't order anything on pay-per-view.

The hotel was good. We went there for one night as our flight was delayed by more than 12 hours. The shuttle from Seattle airport stopped at 10 PM but the hotel was good enough to reimburse our taxi fare for us. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

Easy access is about the only thing that is above average here. Location is average or slightly below. I suppose it has cheap rates which can be a plus but is far from worth it. When I went to check in it was good customer service but very average for hotel industry. The room is dull and boring and they layout is terrible. I am on the first floor with about 5-6 other rooms running parallel to the Pool/Fitness room. It is non stop kids yelling, screaming, running and banging on doors all hours of the day and night. As a Hilton Honors member I will definitely be spending the extra $80/night to stay at the Hampton Inn in Kent for the remained of my month in Washington. Don't normally write reviews but the layout, dullness and lack of parenting leading to rude children everywhere has warranted this one.

I stayed at this hotel last month because I had a long lay over and it was lovely! Menu at the restaurant wasn't to die for but it was decent. I asked for a mushroom burger with caramelized onions but instead I got grilled red onions and I am very particular when ordering.

It was nice and the room I had was a king bed oh so comfy and the front desk let me swim passed the closing date so that was nice. The night lady also called me on time for my taxi. It's the little things that count!

A fine 3 star hotel. Generally everything was OK but the AC unit in my room made a bunch of noise. Breakfast was ok but nothing to surprise or delight.

Clean and quiet. But some maintenance issues is our room. Bathroom door won't close or lock and burnt out light be the night stand. Also the room is darker compared to other hotels.

I always enjoy staying at the Hilton Garden Inn while visiting Renton. They are always helpful and treat me very well. Their breakfast is decent and their shuttle service is great for what I need. I'll stay here again for sure.

A very clean room and it's Pet Free. Pet Free is wonderful for those of us with animal allergies. They also will deep clean a room, including steaming the walls if a service animal stays in that room to help those of us with allergies. The bed was a little firm for me, but still comfortable. The room had ample space for three people and tons of natural light. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I recommend buying the breakfast ahead of time, as it's good and a much lower price if purchased ahead of time. There are also free beverages, cookies, and fruit in the lobby during the day.
