We stayed two nights looking for a quiet and cozy retreat, and this place certainly qualifies as one. This is a newer and more modern facility than average in Gatlinburg. We've stayed at several other hotels along River RD and the Hilton Garden Inn is by far the most friendly and comfortable one we've tried. Possibly avoided in the past thinking that Hilton would be expensive. The cost is very competitive with other older and less accommodating hotels. Especially appreciate the fully accessible facilities unlike other places with ramps at best. Breakfast buffet at $12 for adults includes made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles or French toast. Evening bar service includes local craft beer on tap.

Beautiful location within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg almost next door to the moonshine joint! Very modern property with lots of amenities, clean and spacious room with attentive staff. We had a king-size bed with jacuzzi and fireplace plus a balcony overlooking the mountains, unbelievably good price for what we got could not be happier.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and the staff was helpful. We only stayed one night, but the fireplace room was cosy and allowed for a lot of relaxation. There was a pool and hot tub, but both were really busy so we did not have a chance to try them out. It's in a great location and we will stay again.

The room was not very clean. The edges of carpet next to the baseboards were thick with dust. The bathtub didn't drain properly, so we told the desk clerk who blew us off and next morning the bathtub didn't drain properly. The $11.99 made to order breakfast is exactly same as what Hilton usually offered as complimentary. The guy that dished out the bacon glared at me when I asked for more than 2 pieces of bacon. The hot tub was only working on one side and was full of leaves. The location itself was great. Park the car and walked to all the wonderful places to visit in Gatlinburg!

We have been to Gatlinburg many times, but this is the first time we've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is on River Road, which is right behind the main parkway. Across the street is the river that runs through town. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay so far. My wife and I came for our first anniversary, and the staff surprised us with balloons and a very nice note. There is a winery very close which we brought back a bottle of wine, and the front desk clerk offered to get us some wine glasses from the bar to take back to the room with us. There was plenty of parking. We checked out the pool and outdoor hot tub, but haven't gotten in either. Both were well maintained and not overly crowded. We had a drink at the bar our first night, and the bartender was very nice and chatted with us. We are staying in a Whirlpool suite, which is very clean and comfortable. We have a large living room area with a separate bedroom with king sized bed. Each room has a large LG flat panel tv. Overall, we have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate staying here on out next trip to Gatlinburg.

We evacuated Tampa because of the hurricane. From the first call to book to the time I checked out everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Robbin during booking was amazing and make sure you see Zack behind the bar what a great guy. This was my first time in Gatlinburg and had an amazing experience. The town was easily walkable from the hotel and the state park is 5 min down the road.

Nice place. Good location. Front faces the creek, not the main strip with all the attractions. A/C is a bit loud. Would have thought with what we paid for the room there would have been some sort of complimentary breakfast. $12 unless you are a Silver or Gold member.

Great hotel. I arrived well before when I was planning on and the hotel allowed me to check in early. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite good. The location is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag that you don't hear all the sounds, but close enough that you are able to walk to it very quickly.

The rooms sheets had not been changed. I only found this out after I was about to go to bed and saw a spot of blood right there where I was supposed to sleep. Other than the sheets, everything else looked okay. Location was close to downtown. The jacuzzi down stairs had jets that were out of service except in one area. They did accommodate us though when we told them about the sheets and gave our family another parking pass, which was nice of them considering

Great place to stay. Not right on the water or main Street. Friendly staff and pretty much like any typical HGI. Wireless connections are a pain due to Hilton's gateway. Will not connect using hhonors information using Android.
Reconnects have to be signed in again. Great if you want to be fully unplugged...

It's right smack in the middle of Gatlinburg so you have easy access to basically anything on the main strip. The room was really cozy and clean and the bed was doubly so, enough that it was really hard to get up in the morning. My one complaint is that the rooms are a bit of a tight fit, but it's really just nitpicking because everything is still so comfortable. Overall, a really cozy nice stay and I would definitely come back.

Great stay, room, location... everything was good enough to back back and stay there again. We stayed during a snowstorm and had a great time.
