  I am going giving them 3, because,the breakfast wasn't complimentary. I thought it was, but there were no signs that it was extra. If I knew, I would have just gone to IHOP.. I've had better breakfast options at lower cost hotels that had complimentary breakfast. Felt like for a high price hotel they were nickel and diming. However, the overall service was great.

  I've stayed here for multiple weeks at this point. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, and rooms are decently clean. Since I've been in multiple rooms I can say that the a/c is hit or miss if it is working well or not. Prices also seem fairly high for what you get, but generally on-par with the area.

  Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean & we liked how the window shade was completely light-blocking. The only issue we had was that the thermostat didn't allow us to cool down the room. The only options were "heat" or "off", but we didn't know that until the room was 79 degrees, even though we set it for 68 degrees. That's an easy fix, though. We would stay there again.

  Pretty clean, quick service (the sink faucet wasn't working well so they sent someone over right away). They have chocolate chip cookies at night and coffee in the mornings. They offer a pack and play for babies to sleep in. Ok spots to sit and work or chat. Not perfectly soundproof, but good enough so that we weren't woken up by hallway or traffic noises. Solid experience so far.

  This hotel was very accommodating for my wife and I traveling with our 5 month old. They provided a pack n play and even a baby toiletry kit! The breakfast was nice and convenient, but the service in the restaurant was spotty one of the two days we were there.

  We were there pretty late visiting friends we only saw the lobby and the bar area. It was very nice and clean and the staff was very accomidating.

  The location of the hotel was perfect for my activity, a tournament. Very close to the club. The room was not too big nor too small, and the beds were nice. Nothing about the rooms really stood out as bad or good. The service by the employees was good, if not memorable. All in all a nice hotel.

  We attended a concert at the SAP Center. This hotel is only 15 minutes away. Very clean. Comfy beds. Tiny pool. Attentive staff. Wonderful stay!

  Overpriced hotel with TERRIBLE service at the front desk. TV didn't work; room key didn't work (had to go back downstairs to get a new one); room refrigerator was mildly cool even on maximum "cold setting."
  
  You can get a better room at a local motel for half the price! It is safe if you're concerned about bringing your family here though.
  
  Consensus: Overpriced, service not good, but safe for families...But waaay overpriced.

  The staff was very nice and near and so was the hotel and it's rooms and pool I enjoyed my stay overall 5 stars I recommend you stay in the hotel!!!

  Love that there is not wall-to-wall carpeting in the room. The air conditioning works well. Lots of USB outlets at the desk and the floating side tables next to the bed. Ample outdoor space at the pool and adjacent to the lobby. Bathroom has a stall shower and river stone tile accent on the opposite wall. I would definitely stay here again!

  Very quaint, clean, comfortable, friendly quarters in an upscale community.. Most of the staff are excellent. Across from Apple facility currently under construction. Very good good-looking salmon is excellent!

  Dreadful first & last meal. I ordered a simple burger off the menu and it was burnt. Very disappointing.
