Wonderful church filled with good and loving people. Wish there was a service each and every morning. Their focus is the Gospel and what it means I me, my family, the community, the world. Great place to worship and grow.

I was taking classes down in North Carolina for 2 Months and was going to church every week in statesville. I figured I'd try this church out as it was much closer to where I was staying. Every verse they posted was inaccurate. If they said it was from Matthew 2:2 it was not it was from a completely different chapter. And on top of all these inaccuracies the whole sermon was about giving money. They said if you give *x amount you could give x* amount more. I don't know if I came by at a bad week but if I was a new believer this would have left a bad taste in my mouth. Christianity isn't about money or scamming people out of money but about giving everything to follow Jesus. Not a $10,000 coffee machine they had in the lobby. I say all this out of concern not anger or hate. But I hope the pastor is preaching the truth here, cause money won't buy you into heaven.

My family and I have attended Hillsdale for almost ten years. It has become an amazing part of our lives. Our children have thrived through the preschool / child ministries. My wife and I have made lifelong friends. Hillsdale is more than just a church, it's a second family.
