Apartment Rental Application
Prospective applicants please read and execute this apartment application to be put on the Highland Park Apartment waiting list for all apartments currently at either 411 or 412 A & B Musgrove Street, Clinton, SC 29325.

Since the partnership will not be building any new units this year, apartments will be in very short supply

This waiting list is based on a ‘first come’, ‘first served’ dated basis for all applicants.

Prospective applicants will return this application signed, along with their fully refundable check deposit in the amount of $ 150.00. Should the applicant wish to be removed from the waiting list prior to signing a lease with Highland Park Apartments, the applicant will so notify management in writing, and the application fee shall be returned. If the applicant signs a lease, the application fee will be credited to applicants Security Deposit of one (1) month’s rent.

Management’s execution of this application indicates applicant will have the opportunity to sign a lease with Highland Park Apartments for the type apartment so indicated, either a one or two bedroom unit.

ANNUAL LEASE REQUIRENEMTS:
Term: the lease term shall be one year beginning either July 1st or August 1st.
Rent: the rent for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt. shall be inclusive of water, sewer, free parking & wifi
one bedroom unit = $ 7.00 > $ 725.00 / mo. Two bedroom unit = $ 1,100.00 > $ 1,150.00 / mo.
Other Utilities: tenant pays for electricity & cable.
Security Deposit: one (1) month’s rent paid at lease execution (less application fee)
Application Fee: credited towards Security Deposit.
NO PETS allowed.
At Occupancy: 1st month’s rent due
