Their Bennington pontoons are totally amazing! The show room display is very organized, clean, staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have been at this business many times and not once have I been disrespected. 100% thumbs up to High's Marine ⚓

Not a good experience! Made appointment. Told us if we got boat in a day before,
they might get it to us a day earlier. Appointment was Wednesday, we brought boat in on Tuesday. Rigger told us it might be an hour, maybe a little more to remove old depth finder and put in new one. I asked them to "be careful" about
removing old cabling as I was going to use it on another boat. Next day lady from
Highs calls me to say they broke cable! So much for being careful! (likely hired "kids" to do grunt work and didn't supervise them).
Owner couldn't pick it up until Friday. Called Friday and boat still wasn't done!!
An hour? Maybe a little more (yeah right). Saturday..finally done.
Asked them about keeping it inside until pickup on Monday. Said boat was kept
inside. Then why was the bilge flooded with rainwater???
We will never go back to them. Amateurs.

Every year High's takes outstanding care of my parents at Gravel lake. Brian has come and patiently dealt with their concerns and answers all their questions about pontoon. Just wonderful customer care!! Thank you so much for making it easy the last 30 years!!

Just want to say thanks to High's Marina for their great service. As a charter boat captain on both Lake Michigan and the St. Joe River, I need the work done on my boats and I need it done right the first time. We had a fantastic experience with Ahminda and Brian at High's in purchasing our new Bennington Pontoon. They are super helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. They have always answered our questions and requests promptly, and they had some great insight as to what would work best for our family.
