Great high quality food, friendly service and a fun location for all ages.
Quality butcher with a wide selection of beer, pork and chicken almost alway in hand. Tasty sausages too. Well worth the drive.
Everything good and wholesome about farms and southern Appalachia! This is our favorite place to eat, play or just hang out and watch the goats. Best food and amazing vibe. Don't hesitate-just go!
Awesome Business. Megan and everyone there helped us so much. We got exactly what we were after. Thanks so much!!
Nov 20, 2017: Just stopped by this place after visiting Chimney Rock. I was surprised by the variety of meat selection. They have huge turkeys for sale $100+. They have beef, sausages, smoked meat, bacon, cheese, beer, milk, Ultimate Ice Cream, cookies, baked goods, jam, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, And gifts for sale. The lady at the register was so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I am on vacation and didn't buy any meat items. I bought some dried mangos, yummy. I also got some pumpkin chocolate chip bread ($6 each), beef sticks that are better than Slim Jim ($2.50 each, or buy 10 and save 50 cents on each = $2), gluten free chocolate cookies ($8.59 each) and strawberry ice cream by Ultimate Ice Cream, made in Asheville, that my pup loves!! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop by again.
My son said" this isn't your ordinary hay ride"
Happy Birthday Alexis!
Excellent food, customer service, and beautiful area location. We tried the burgers, hotdogs, and bacon. All were great. My daughter said it was the best bacon ever, and my son said the same about his burger. We'll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time here! Delicious lunch and beautiful walking tour!
Great farm store with a large selection of meats and some local cheeses. Very friendly staff.
Great folks, great product and another example of a professional local business.
Went to the cheese tasting and order there cured meats and beef jerky Very well done i highly recommend them. I will order again
John Ager has farm help an don't worth a crap. Typical government official just trying to get rich.
My wife and I visited their live music event tonight for the first time. We loved it. Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The bluegrass band played in a large converted barn, and we ate dinner in here as well. The BBQ pork, corn on the cob, potato salad was all delicious. I was familiar with their meat products before visiting, but didn't realize they had such a cool event on Friday evenings. Different musicians every week, and plenty of things to keep kids busy with slides and playground areas. We will be back Oh, and the ice cream in the country store was awesome!
