They sold me the wrong mower and couldn't correct the problem . I got stuck with the wrong 48 inch mower and if I returned it,it would be a.15% restocking fee from Wright Mowers That would be $900 dollar restocking fee. Thats too high..
The lot is super small and very crowded. The guy at the service desk, anthony is rude and loves to roll his eyes. The other guy Jeff is super polite and the automotive work is always on point. If not for Anthiny the stars would be 4, without the tight lot the stars woukd be 5
I already feel like they're shady. My Gandpa just bought a barn new cub cadet half way through last season. It has seven hours on it and it's brand new. They're going to sell him a $270 dollar check up service when there is no need because of an overly anal older person. He might as well just send them the money. We changed the oil and inspected everything. Like I said; IT'S BRAND NEW. THERE IS NO NEED FOR SERVICE YET! Not at almost $300!
