Absolutely terrible service and food. They are excessively rude and unprofessional. The guy that was in charge of the shift was so incredibly ill-mannered and impolite. This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had to deal with. The customer service was beyond poor and extremely lacking. The food was cold, tasteless and disgusting. The staff should not be able to work in a customer service setting at all. I would never recommend eating here. Very upsetting and disappointed overall.

Beware don't waste your money 😣.. The workers are slow they do not refill your drinks i spent alot of money there,to enjoy with my family but all I kept seeing was dishes piling up and no one came to check on us but one time and while I was eating my food .. It was ridiculous service...
The waitress kept staring but did not come and take dishes off the table...I had to go and find the waitress just so she could refill my drink. . felt rushed gave me the bill before I finished my food.
I talk to one of the owners but she did not apologize at all about their service all she was doing was smirking in my face as I was making my complaint, I felt very disrespected like my complaint did not matter.

It has more food choices than any buffet I've been to. It's large and has good food. The servers and front desk workers were okay.

Overall my experience here was fairly terrible. The food was tasteless at best, and absolutely horrible at worst. The two people I was with had imediate food poisoning. Then on our way out they attepted to overcharge us. We originally were going to have four people, but the forth person ended up not making it. Our waitress even lied to the cashier saying we had four people when we only had three, and we had to argue with them to keep from having to pay them for someone that never even ate there. We will definitely never be eating there again, and I would highly recommend avoiding it.

There's a lot of options but some foods is not tasty and the waitress fill my drinks and check on us all the time. I think they afraid we dont give tip? They charge the tips even we don't said how much we going to give yet I paid $129 including tips my 3 yrs old niece got charge at $5 and she barely eat she went there just to watch us. Because she doesn't have teeth. I thought I'm going to give more but they already put in it lol. The lady in the front desk is a owner or whatever she's rude. I ask to pay everything in my debit card and cash for the tips but she doesn't want me to pay like that. Last month my husband and I went to eat there and my husband hit his drink by accident and the waiters was mad and refill for him less then a half cup. I will not come back here again. The manager was so freaking rude

Positive note first, it was clean and comfortable enough. Negative, food was, for the most part, kinda tasteless. The Oriental items were dissapointing in flavor. The sushi was ok, not great, but not bad. Price was good at $12.99. I honestly don't think that I'll go back. My waiter was very nice and did fill my water.

Lots of options! Most stuff wasn't very tasty, but lots of options. Desserts were dry but plenty. Didn't taste the ice cream, but there were quite a few options and they looked good. I do recommend the beef and broccoli, that was the best in my opinion. Worth a shot if you want a lot of food for not too heavy a price, and you want to try a few different things. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if I had to eat here again I would.

One of the better places for a Chinese buffet. Food is usually good, with a bunch of different selections. Everything seems clean and we'll maintained.

Food was great but waitresses do not refill drinks unless asked and sit and stare at you until you leave. Also they take your plate right in front of you while you are eating. Used to be a great place to go, now with the wait staff, not worth it.

I've always gone to this buffet with my family but I won't be going their anymore. I was charged for an extra adult meal instead of a child. I had a 9,10 & 2 year old with me and the server charged the 10 year old as an adult. When I got my bill I though it was a mistake because when me and my family always come and I get charged for 2 children. So I asked the manger that they made a mistake on my ticket and she told me that my child had to be under 10 and not 10. The ticket however says kids under "10 and 6" are kids price. I didn't want to cause a scene so In the end I ended up paying double for a kids meal. What happened to the customer is always right ? I most definitely won't be back again. Will have to go to the hibachi on east millbrook instead.

'Chinese is buffet here!' I just feel it's always good to dine here really hungry. The variety of food is great that's unique only to Asians alike. I like the seafoods during lunch and supper and who would not like to dine in a place where the restrooms are tidy, this is the bomb if you ask me. Thanks Hibachi for the excellent foods and service!

Price: 4/5. For two people with drinks, you can expect to pay around $30 for dinner. At Lunch, look to spend with drinks - around the low $20 mark for two people.

Quality 3/5. They certainly have a lot of options here, from the Hibachi grill to sushi to just eating off of the buffet. The downside is they sometimes over cook the food because of the settings on the heating bars. When coupled with the bad customer service from the waitresses and short tempered management - you sometimes have a bad experience here.

Cleanliness 3/5. Tables aren't disinfected or cleaned with real cleaner. Instead, filthy rags sit in a dish bucket with brown suds and waitresses wipe down the tables hundreds of times each day using the same dirty water. Seems like a breeding pool for germs.

Service 1/5. THE worst aspect of this place has to be the way we were treated. Our drinks were never refilled once - even after asking the waitress for a refill. I asked for a To-go cup with water in it and our waitress brings me an empty styrofoam cup with no top on it. Ask for the check though...but wait; didn't have to do that. We literally got the bill and fortune cookies the very second we sat down along with our utensils. We hadn't even gotten our first plate and we were aleady being shoved out the door. This caused me to get fed up. When the waitress brought me the cup I said "I asked for this to be filled with ice water". She rolled her eyes and sighed and stomped off with an attitude. My wife and I laughed in shock at this. When she came back I said thanks very sarcastically to which the waitress replied "Yeah Yeah Yeah" and waved her arms dismissively.

The food was good but the attitude we received was enough for me to never go back.

This restaurant always has a way of getting money. They charge for any kid that eats so they are definitely not kid friendly. $5 for just a spoon of rice for a 2 year old. They even charge $1.99 for a childs drink. The hibachi bar has terrible service. They have handed every plate ive ever gotten to someone else and i stood there the entire time. This place deserves no stars just for the fact that its npt kid friendly.

My favorite part of the buffet is all the variety of seafoods. My favorite is the fried shrimp with no breading with the heads, tails , and shells still on :) The boiled shrimp is nice too. Also the crab Rangoon is good and the egg rolls. We frequent Hibachi Grill alot.

The servers were great, but almost all the food was overcooked. It was disgusting. Not worth the money.

My boyfriend and I ate there and they were incompetent. My Boyfriend ordered a sweet tea with lemon and they didn't put the lemon. He ordered a water and they bought water with lemon.(lol) They did not check on us and attitude was funky. Then I paid for our bill she had the audacity to try and demand a tip. I politely wrote the amount of the bill in the final amount and put 0 in the tip part. I'll never eat there again.
