    It's one of the worst places to get your car from my insurance send me there to get my car rental and when I arrive there I had to wait over 3 hours and a half to be able to get out of there. And when the guy gave me the keys he only said hear you the keys there is a car I had to ask him to go around the car to check for any damage on the vehicle. When I return the car they only took the keys from me and say thank you will contact you later. I also have to wear over 45 minutes do be able to get somebody to help me return the keys.

    Always use hertz, prices are always fair, and fariz is super accommodating, but they are so busy, the wait can be too long at times

    Slow service. Not enough car on-site to rent out. Makes people wait for cars to be returned, cleaned, "detailed". I wouldn't use this place by choice but my insurance made me come here.

    When renting the vehicle the man was talking on the phone the whole time. Never told me the insurance wouldn't cover taxes. Got my credit card statement with the taxes billed. Called customer service and they were great and removed it. How many others don't know they are charging things that the insurance didn't cover?? Not a good experience. Won't go there again.

    Couldn't find my reservation even with me giving them the number. But before I called and it wasn't a problem. Told me to call my insurance company??? Super slow expect to wait.

    I have been to this location a few times. At this particular location there is a female employee that has the one of the most unpleasant personalities I have came across. You just get the filling she does not want to help you. Simple task are not so simple with her. Simple conversations may get you a rude response. I tried not to judge her from the first interaction but it was consistent with each visit. If it was not for the other employees that also work there I would not have gave hertz another chance. Those guys are great.... Over all I had a good experience, just some unpleasant moments. Thank you John for the Uber ride home. I appreciate it.

    Only had one experience with this Hertz location. It went like this: What can we do for you? I'd like to rent a car, I made a reservation via AAA. Well, we don't have any cars right now. How does it work - I told by AAA that I had a reservation for a car? They (AAA) did not call us to see if we had any cars available. When would you have a car? We don't know but do you want to add your name to the waiting list? It depends, when do you think a car might be available? We don't know. Well, do you think it might be today? Let me see - in a couple of hours. Ok, please add my name to the waiting list. I come back an hour later to see if he had any new information. Gentleman says: sorry I'm busy and we have your telephone number so you don't have to ask, but we will call when we know. Next day and 20 hours later - no call from Hertz... I went to Enterprise where they actually wanted to rent me a car, they called me several times within an hour to give me updates, they picked me up, I was in and out in 20 minutes and I have a car! (Note I have relationship with either Hertz or Enterprise. Simply stating my recent experience.)

    Horrible customer service. They are not professional at all to say the least. Long story short my reservation was at 9 and computers were down so they told me my car wasn't even at the location and it would be an hour because I changed my reservation time so I just kept my original time at 10. I was willing to wait and basically I didn't get the car until 11:15 wayyy pass my reservation time they did not even apolozige for making me wait. And it was basically my fault for changing the time and they couldn't pull it up but I ended up waiting way pass my reservation time so it was useless to mAke a reservation the idiot that helped me name was Frank and he should be fired.
