Horrible service they never pick up the phone they never call you to update you on the case they use every excuse possible to not talk to you and it’s going on to 3 years and my case is still going on with no updates and no responses and no nothing I’m tired of them saying it’s gonna be another week then it turns into months and here it is now going on 3 years. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS LAW GROUP. They are rude when you call them and push you away like your not important and they don’t care about your case at all.

I appreciate everything that the Hernandez Law Group, was able to accomplish from the start to the end of my case. My Legal Assistant Bell, was very helpful every time I called to get an update on my case. All my phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. All my questions and concerns were always answered, thank you to the whole Hernandez Law Group Team!

This law firm helped me through it all. It was a great experience to deal with them. I did not struggle one bit and was constantly informed about my case. Vanessa did a such a great job helping me. She was always very responsive and always let me know what was going on. Thank you so much for all the help. I highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone that is injured in a car wreck.
