  I can’t say enough good things about Hensley Automotive’s service. I’ve been bringing my cars to them for at least ten years and have always received consistently great service and pricing. The staff will always go above and beyond to be helpful in any way possible. Ken Hensley has even personally given me a lift to my home when a repair required more time than initially thought, so as to keep me from having to wait at the shop. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of quality automotive maintenance.

  Hensley keeps my aging 2003 Chevy Silverado running safe and smooth. Being a family man it is always appreciated to know my kids and wife are safe as we travel. Tremendous customer service and always being treated 1st class is the the only interaction I've ever experience from the owner and his staff.

  It was a good experience people were nice overall. It’s a little pricey but they’re very honest with you and not out to scan or convince you to buy something you don’t want. I’ll definitely be returning.

  I recently moved to GA and was looking for a trustworthy mechanic like I had in VA and really didn't think it would be possible to strike good twice, but I did at Hensley Automotive!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy and friendly service, not to mention they are also very reasonably priced!! Very happy I found them!!!

  Everyone I’ve encountered at Hensley Automotive treats me with the utmost respect. They honor their commitment to quality service. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently underwent a pretty substantial repair. I didn’t worry one bit that the workmanship and repair work would be less than stellar. In fact, I was only four miles from Jeep Mall of Georgia when my car became impaired. However, I knew from previous dealings with both service centers, that Hensley located in Winder. GA would be the better choice and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I was so right!

  Great business. We were traveling through on our way to Birmingham. Sudden transmission trouble. Called them at 4:30 Thursday and explained we really needed to get on our way Friday morning if possible. We had car towed to their location. They got to work on it first thing Friday am, called to tell us what the problem was. We agreed to repairs. We had the car back early afternoon, fair price and courteous service. Hope we never need them again, but absolutely recommend them.

  I take my car and my mother's here. When her AC stopped working we dropped her car off and in no time they diagnosed the problem. They gave us a quote and had it fixed the next morning for less than the quote! 😊 Great service as always!

  I have been taking my cars to Hensley's for about the last five years. Their service has been is impeccable. It is easy to make an appointment and they are prompt. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received through the years. I highly recommend them!

  First of Ken Hensley is a wonderful man and business owner. I have had employees speak so highly of their boss when giving me a ride home. I completely trust Hensley Automotive to have the integrity to treat me fairly and the expertise to take care of my beloved car. They deserve SIX stars! Definitely recommend.

  As a new resident in town I did not know where to take my vehicle to get a much needed oil change. I knew I found the right place when I came into Hensley and was welcomed by the friendly staff. The building was also very clean and comfortable while waiting. When my oil change was complete they explained everything in detail and made sure I was satisfied. This is the first time I can remember getting an oil change where the company didn't tell me something else was wrong or that other services were "recommended." I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Hensley for your vehicle services.

  I have been going to Hensley Automotive Service for the past 6 years. They are reliable, honest and good at what they do. They open early in the am and stay open until 6p.

  Very friendly and professional. They did just what was needed and didn't try to recommend additional services that weren't needed at this time. Very happy with them and am recommending them to everyone.
