We've been here for 30 minutes, there was no line, only 2 tables with people waiting, and all we ordered was burgers and fries. They're mulling around. They finally brought us orders over (the wrong orders). We only came here because Piada's wait was 30 minutes. Screw this place, go to Piada or literally anywhere else.
EDIT: The food was really not worth the wait either. The only flavor was saltiness, everything else was bland and flat tasting.response / report this review -

I love the salads here! If you go during lunch be prepared to wait for your food. They have an online ordering feature and a pick up shelf for prepaid orders that is really convenient.

Great grilled cheese sandwiches and salads! Burgers and other menu items are good as well, but the grilled cheese and salads steak the show. Nice, relaxed, informal atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value.

The management is ace, and super quick to respond to issues. The food quality is great, but sometimes employee attitudes are fairly negative. It's a busy place, I get it some days can be tough. Just dont throw my food please.

They're salads consist of mostly lettuce..ice berg lettuce. Even if you get spring mix There's still mostly ice berg lettuce. There wasn't a big variety of things to add to your salad either and what was available wouldn't add any flavor . Very bland options. I think Wendy's new salads are better, cheaper too.

Went here today, my friends salad didn't come for 30 minutes after everyone else's because they "lost" it. Then they didn't even rush her order, didn't have the proper ingredients, and did not apologize for the wait. Horrible customer service. Highly disappointing. Also no crutons.

Their salads are quite tasty!! If you order a salad from the salad bar, the process is pretty fast. If you order a pre-made salad from the menu, be prepared to wait twice as long as if you had went through the salad bar. This place is in my lunch rotation in Oakland. Now that they have added online ordering, I order online most of the time and am in and out in now time.

I hate salads. Coming here made me start to love them. Good people, fresh ingredients, lots of options. Love this place. It's fun to eat healthy now!

Last time we visited was on a Friday afternoon. The wait time was very long and the staff were not at all helpful. Had to deal with the manager who was the least helpful. Contacted the corporate office who was willing to listen and address the problem which was greatly appreciated.

I like this place. It's technically run by Eat 'n Park and has some shared recipes. The burgers, pre-made salads, and shakes are good. I haven't tried the make-your-own salad yet, but they seem to have a large variety of toppings. It's nice in the spring when they can open the front windows. This place can get packed at lunchtime.
