  Wow! I can't speak highly enough about my experience with these guys!
  
  I came into their shop with them knowing I am a novice biker, with access to significant(at least a few hundred buck)funds. They could of made my bike and the repairs it needed out to be just about anything, really, and they probably knew I would of just paid it.
  
  Instead they took me in the back and gave me the run down of what was going on with my 31 year old bike, told me what I would be looking at price wise to fix her up good, the reality of what doing that would be like, and in the end; they fixed the immediate problem without charging me a dime!
  
  That's how you earn someone's business!
  
  10/10 will be returning
