Super helpful staff and they carry the stuff you need for your home repair projects. We had an outdoor faucet go bad on a Saturday afternoon, they had all the parts needed and staff have pointers on how to install them properly. Highly recommend.

Called up to heidricks to get some info about their knife sharpening service. The first woman I spoke too on the phone was very nice and polite. Then she transferred me back to the man who does the knife sharpening and WOW is all I can say. Probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Because of this experience I will never go to heidricks again and they will never receive another dime of my money. I'll take my business to mako Ace across town.

Bad service. Rude employees. High $$$ went there again on June 28 and when I got to the register I had to wait 10 minutes because the lady decided it was more important to be on a personal phone call and to be on the register shake my head they need good service there.

To find reasonably priced gardening supplies, snow shovels and the like, I come here. They take excellent care of their plants, know their products, are very friendly and helpful, and offer reward points on purchases. Highly recommended!
