  I would highly recommend Heffner Funeral Chapel for anyone! It made one of the hardest moments in our lives much easier to deal with. They stayed in contact with our family and always responded to all our questions fully and in a way that was understandable. Very knowledgeable and professional.

  The experience our family had was a good one under the circumstances. They were friendly, understanding, caring and listened to the stories and wishes of the family. We appreciate Nate and Isabella and the staff for being there when we needed them. They were all very professional. We thank you ! This is from Mandy, Chris, Neil and family.

  Upon the death of our loved one Heffner Chapel handled the preparation and service of our sweet friend. All the staff was very respectful and caring. Betty with the pre-planning and Scott with the follow through on the requested private service and burial. Respectfully honored Mrs. Doll from the moment of transfer to the beautiful Heffner Chapel and escort of her to her final resting place. All done with great dignity. Thank you to Betty, Scott and office staff for guiding us through a very sad time. A wonder facility and a wonderful staff.

  Sympathetic, empathetic, caring, thoughtful, acting urgently to our needs, listening attentively to our concerns, these are just few words to describe how the staff at Heffner treated us during our recent loss.
  Nate was eager to assist us in every way he could, always making sure our needs were met, and giving us options when we needed to make choices. He made me and my family so comfortable , it was so easy to talk to him. We won’t forget Liam he was very attentive on the burial day.
  Thanks to the staff at Heffner for caring for me and my family.

  We were very happy with the service we received from Heffner for my Grandfather. We worked with Todd Eckert and he did a great job. He was very nice and very professional. He made himself readily available for any requests. I highly recommend them. Also, the birds in the lobby are a nice, calming touch.
