Harty and Marjorie Schmaehl opened their bakery in the summer of 2002, after spending a year restoring the historic brick building on Kamiah's Main Street. The elegant interior boasts a tin ceiling, and a large archway between the Victorian and Peacock rooms. Victorian color schemes and furnishings are found throughout.
