Rude ass people. Bought my camper new from here . They sold me extended warranty, they said it was good national. No other rv dealers will honor the warranty. Had to take camper all the way back there for furnace repair . When pick up the camper. Just threw me the keys, said weight next to the building. 40 minutes later I found the camper out front. Didn't help me hook up camper. Didn't show me the repairs. Just left me sitting outside. Rude ass people. Do not go there.

Purchase my park model home in August 2017 it's now December 2017 and still waiting for them to start the service work that was not done when picked up. Called about 6 or 7 times and get nothing is in yet, it's winter now we have no one that can come out till spring. Well over the last week we have not had water lines frozen I believe, I think I brought from the wrong place POOR SERVICE. How would you feel with no water well I'm told nothing we can do. DO NOT BUY FROM HAYLETT....

Very friendly folks at Haylett. We drove up from Nashville TN and would recommend everyone to take the drive. They treat you like family. They are very knowledgeable about all the aspects of every RV. No need to go anywhere else.

Some rude employees, one person tells you one thing the next tells you something else. Even if someone tells you something they deny they said it. They have our trailer for five days for warranty work and never touched it. Once they have your money they don't want to be bothered by you anymore. It's fine if there are no issues with what you buy but if there is, good luck with that. Will never buy from them again.

Erin Dirschell turned a bad situation into a blessing. We had a fifth wheel camper that we needed to sell. My husband became ill and it was apparent that our traveling days were over. Erin, made the whole process so easy to do and sold the rv with one week! Amazing service, professionalism, and courtesy.

Great staff! Todd was great to work with and got us in the RV we wanted. We were camping that weekend thanks to Norm who went over every button, function, and set-up we needed to get us up and running during our orientation. We drove over 2 hours to Haylett instead of going to one of 3 General RVs within 45 minutes of us. We highly recommend Haylett RV, they are honest and easy to work with.

I wish I had been closer to this dealer. I would have bought my camper from them. The internet videos that they do at Haylett were the biggest help we had in our search for a camper. They are not 1 minute walk arounds. They are in depth, helpful and entertaining tools in selecting a camper. If you are within 400 miles of Haylett you should buy your camper there. 1000 miles was just a little too far.

Can't say enough good things about our experience at haylett RV. We live over three hours away in Indiana and made the drive due to the selection and wide variety of floor plans. We are very happy we made the drive to look as we were so impressed with our sales rep. Tim Cummings. Tim made us feel like valued customers even when we told him we were just looking. We were never pressured into buying a camper or felt like all Tim was interested in was our money. Tim helped us find the camper of our dreams and was able to get the camper at the price and payment that no one else could. Haylett has earned our business for life. I would recomenr haylett RV and Tim Cummings to anyone.

11/2/16 Dealt with Joe and he was a typical used car salesman. I drove from Lansing to buy a $7,000 used trailer. He stated it was in excellent condition. What the reality was latches/doors rusted shut, years of moss on the roof, tires from various years, rust on every fastener and broken wire to one of the electric brakes. He asked me what I found when I did the inspection because he had NO idea what he was selling. Then before we left, he just disappeared obviously ashamed that he lied to us about the condition so we just left. Total waste of a one hour drive. So beware they will lie on all the info and if they sell trailers with out brakes they obviously don't give a sh!t about what goes out the door, they just want a quick sale.
