    Based on our experience with this dealership we are now customers for life! I was worried initially about getting the standard "dealership" experience, however; I was shocked at how different this dealership is compared to others I've been to. Rocky was our salesperson and he is amazing! He really was personable, taking the time to pay attention to the type of truck/features my husband was looking for and gave us multiple options to choose from, but not pressuring us to buy any certain one. Once we settled on what we wanted, Magdalena (the business manager) was absolutely fantastic! Financing was a breeze (she really knows her stuff) and we walked out with a good APR and comfortable with our monthly payments. I was really happy with my experience and would recommend them to both family and friends for any vehicle you are looking for. I'll be buying my next vehicle from them for sure!

    The Hayes family was the greatest. We’ve been buying cars and trucks from them since the early 80’s. Our salesman Mr Baptiste stood in a pouring rain,waiting very patiently and with no pressure, while my wife decided on just the right purchase. After deciding the rest of the staff stayed after hours to finish our sale. Thanks so much to the entire Hayes staff and we can’t wait till our next purchase experience.

    I've purchased a number of Chrysler products over the past several years. I've been in dealerships that provided minimal to no customer service and others, while somewhat attentive, were not really focused on my needs. Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville, Georgia is outstanding. We did not meet a single person we did not like. Our salesman, Karim, was as nice a young man as I have had the pleasure of working with on a sale. Steve the general manager worked to secure a deal we could feel good about. The finance officer, Ernest, was just a really nice person and we had a great time just talking. Don, the service manager, met with us and assured us if we had any concerns let him know. Magdalena, the Business Manager, was outstanding. We had a couple of minor problems and she handled them quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Hayes to anyone seeking an honest, courteous and professional staff. Plus, we love our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit!!

    I enjoyed my experience at Hayes. they really know how to treat a customer. they had a wide selection of vehicles but the one I walked away with really blow me away. it was very clean it was practically like new and I got a great deal for it. Debbie Ray was amazing she really helped out a lot and she was very accommodating to my family’s needs. two thumbs up you guys did a great job

    Great sales person-Ricky Hart. He listen to what I wanted and needed. He gave me the opportunity to look around and then he showed me what he thought best fit what I wanted/needed! Found the perfect SUV for me and my family! Finance Manager (lady) was great, answered all my questions. This is my second car purchase from Hayes. I will difantley buy a third one day! Thanks!

    If you've ever purchased a car or been to a dealership, chances are you've had the "Bad Dealership Experience". I drove way out of my way to visit Hayes on a lunch break because they had 2 Ram trucks in my general price. I met Dearci Moody (Dee) and was very open about my needs, price point, and current vehicle I'd be trading. I told him I would have to return after work if he felt we would be able to work inside the parameters we discussed. We talked throughout the afternoon and he was patient with my schedule. Dee said we would be able to make it all work, so I packed my wife and 2-year-old up and drove back out in rush-hour traffic hoping the 1.5 hour drive was worth it. Dee didn't disappoint! We left in a Ram 1500 extremely pleased!

    The entire process, I was never SOLD ON a truck; Dee listened and PARTNERED WITH me. We both knew everything would come down to the sale itself, but it never felt like an actual sale, it felt like we were partnering to find the right truck for my families needs. Thank you to Dee and the Hayes Team for making the process easy!

    Had been searching for a Wrangler for awhile and decided to stop and check what was available. Keith was great and answered all our questions and we got a great Jeep for a fair price. The buying process was organized and even though there was a snag with getting the temp tag, I was able to pick up my plate only a week later and was helped by Taquora (spelling?) and Ricky who were also great.
    Overall an A for customer service. A nearly painless car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

    There are only a few categories that a dealership sales experience will fall in and I am surprised and grateful to be able to say that my experience at Hayes in Lawrenceville was truly EXCELLENT from beginning to end.
    From the first morning phone call inquiry where I spoke with Deborah Ray, then running around my area trying to find a deal as good as Hayes, then driving an hour plus through Atlanta to get to this dealership, to the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Deborah and also from Ernest Clarke who secured our financing, and finally driving away in our new Jeep....PERFECT, 5-Star all day!!

    Thank you for turning an often intimidating and uncomfortable scenario into a truly enjoyable experience. Based on my experience with just these two employees, I would highly recommend this dealership and plan to send those I know their way.

    First off I would like to say thank you to all of the wonderful staff members at this dealership. It didn't feel like I was walking into a buy here pay here place where they treat you like a number. I felt like I was dealing with family and that's a pretty big deal for me which made the experience even better. Tee was an excellent and professional presenter and told me about him his family and how he loves his job and helping people like me and how I expressed to him I had to work my A** off to achieve getting my car. He let me know from the jump hey I'm gonna help you but I'm gonna keep it honest with you and that's all I could ask for. So in the end I got my 2016 Dodge Challenger and Hayes got a customer for life!

    The team at Hayes in Lawrenceville are heads above the rest! We just leased our 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and couldn't be happier! Dusty greeted us with a hug and a handshake and asked about family. Paul Sanguedolce listened carefully to every detail that mattered to us and worked tirelessly to achieve the perfect package for us. Magdalena (in finance) made that process smooth and made sure we have great road assistance care! I've known the owner of this dealership, Dusty Hayes, and his family for decades and he is without a doubt the nicest, most compassionate person you'll meet! You can tell he takes pride in what he does and his employees exemplify what it means to be "good people!" We've already received compliments on our newest lease and have sent others to see the Hayes team! Thanks again for such a great experience!

    The service department , all unfriendly men . Charles Cox was not a nice person to have waiting on someone. If he was not feeling well, perhaps he should have stayed home. If he does not like waiting on people of color, perhaps he should not be working there at all. Looking around at the other customers and they too were people of color. If you are in the market for buying a car, check out the service department first. The sales guys will be nice cause they want you to buy the car. Happy New Year

    Scott Webster listened to my concerns and helped to find a car that met my needs as well as addressed those concerns. I also appreciate that there were no high pressure sales tactics. Even the finance manager was great to work with.

    Salesman Bennett was very informative and very helpful with our search. We have been looking for a while and he was able to point out key features that no other dealership provided, this helped us narrow down our decision and get the car we really needed for our family.

    This was the easiest auto purchase that I have ever had over the years. Marlon Moore, the salesperson, and Don Waddell, the sales manager, both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to meet the deal that I was looking for. The car was outstanding when delivered and Marlon made sure that I was aware of all that it had to offer. I am pleased! I would recommend the Dealership, Marlon, and Don to anyone looking for an auto.

    Great salesman - Marlon, took the time to find a car that had just about I requested.

    Great finance manager - Don - shopped my loan and got me a great lender, valued my trade at top dollar.

    Finance - Magdalena - finessed my deal, worked magic with the payments and added in all the necessary coverage to keep my new car in tip top shape.

    You can't go wrong with this team... my second purchase, back to back from Hayes.
