I called as a local merchant and business neighbor to verify availability of funds on a very large check and the representative from this bank refused. So, let me get this straight, you expect a small business to accept a check drawn from your establishment, but you refuse to protect your small business neighbor by giving them fund availability? Ridiculous!!! In over 27 years of retail I have NEVER heard of a bank that refuses to protect their other local business neighbors. Poor and unethical business tactics!!!
