The employees are polite and helpful. The library is clean, organized and accessible.
Pretty modern facility, decent sized parking lot that's easy to get to. Great selection of books including fiction, nonfiction and reference. Great children's area with activities and computers. Periodicly will have children's events.
Basically a home away from home. Except for the occasional crying brat or noisy bed bug/sceevie carrying homeless person; the library is the place to be when you want to sit down relax read a book; use your computer or access the internet with one of theirs. Friendly staff; helpful knowledgeable. They get an A+ from me. Before I got a laptop to do work at home; I used the library every day of the week since 2005. Partly because I had no choice. But partly because it was a an ideal place to be.
Loyal because I grew up here, but doesn't seem as personal anymore
You no longer pay for DVDs.
If you cannot find a book at this library, you can get it from the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium, which constitutes at least 15 other towns. If you cannot find it there, you can get an inter-library loan.
The space is nice and there is a small circle of sofa chairs with plugs and usb ports beside them.
