We ordered Beer Bratwurst Saturday for Father's Day. I cooked them on the top rack of the grill for longer than the other meat and they were GREAT. Everyone commented on how good they were. We will be back for more!

I love this place. I was a loyal B.B. shopper until I found HBC. The quality is great, and the service is unmatched. We usually get the plain steak tips, the house-made sausages and the pub house chicken, but everything we have tried has been excellent. Sometimes I get custom cut ribeyes because I like them really thick, and they are always happy to do custom requests.
