  As I rev up to get this sweet home on the market.....I’m reminded that real estate is about the people first. As we moved the seller out of her longtime home, the realization that she could not take this painting was clear. The seller’s niece took on the task (one of many) to find the artist. Marilyn is the artist and I had the privileged of giving her access to the home so she could retrieve it. Such a special moment!
